I believe the bank also did their own due diligence and still loaned the money. Above is just a ruling from a judge that had already made up his mind before the trial started.

This should concern people on the left and right. I understand people that dislike Trump view this as a win but you need to think bigger then that. A judge was able to value a property and assign damages when there were no victims. This was a private transaction with a bank that did their due diligence to assign a valuation and provide a loan that was paid back in full with interest. The bank even served as a witness that this was not a unique case and that they would happily provide loans in the future. Whether you like...

Not speaking for Boom, but my thoughts in his situation is because he has previously lived and worked in the US LEGALLY (work visa) he has proven that he can be a productive and law abiding person. He respected our laws and did it the right way. And proved that he wanted to come here to work, not live off the Government welfare system. And he speaks the same language, so the ability to get a job is much higher than someone who does not speak the same language. I don't think it matters to CBP, but it should prioritize...
