I hope they actually make some real changes. 3 mains, heat race and qualifying points, etc

“Playoff” system much like NASCAR.
I actually hope this isn’t the change but it wouldn’t surprise me.

It seems like they dropped the 'chase' format in AX so I doubt they'd implement it in SX...

Now that Dungey is out we don’t need a change. No one will be as consistent as him so hopefully points will be much closer with the top guys.

If they do a playoff, I know for sure I won't watch that many races. So many times on Saturday nights I don't do anything because I don't miss SX. If they go to a chase format, I'll only be watching if there's nothing else to do.

I don't what the big push is for change. They made the big one last year going to timed races. And it made for some damn good racing. I like the story that develops through the heats semis and lcqs. And lcqs we know are where the bedtime racing is.

If it aint broke don't fix it. IMHO.

It’ll be rebranded NasCross with the following changes:

1. Stage Racing in the mains, 6 laps, 6 laps, 8 laps - grid starts for stage 2 and 3.

2. A chase for final 5 rounds. Top 20 qualify and therefore automatically qualify for final 5 mains. Championship leader gets 25 points and same point system as usual down to 20th.

3. 21st - 40thgo to the B chase and Race B mains.

4. 250 class, 6 rounds west, 6 rounds east. Final 5 rounds are easy/west and decide National 250 sx champ. 1-10 on each coast qualify. 11-20 go to 250 B championship.

5. There’s an U19 development class called the RC road to supercross.

Do you reckon feld pays all these riders to post to Instagram? The riders' social media accounts are their value to a large extent. It would be a dick move on Feld's part to tap into that publicity without paying for it.

I would a monster cup format. Make it more interesting for day qualifying. And you would for sure get your moneys worth if all you saw was the night show. Also get rid of 450 for sx. They have too much power for sx. Have the 2 classes but they both race 250.
