Well I hope they book him soon and that he serves time behind bars. Ridiculous how long the process is for them to be sentenced. No wonder they never learn an keep doing it over and over again. A slap on the wrist and free to go. It's bullshit if you ask me.

He wont be going to jail, in the eyes of the state this is so low on the ladder all he will have to do is pay a fine and then on probation. You guys are going to be real disappointed if you think they will lock him up.

Ventura County is a bit stricter when it comes to jail time. He'll do some of it, but I'd say only around a 1/3 of the time.
