Man what a race and fight from Chase, impressive. The pace right now is unreal, might probably be the highest pace we have seen so far in ama motocross. And Chase doesn't even look spent, what the fuck? Great ride from Dungey aswell!

I remember thinking the -only- way The Diesel gets in and stays in the fight this year is if…IF…he’s willing to… Hang It Out. And he has delivered. He’s hanging it out in a way that I’ve never seen him willing to do “back in the day”. And that is pretty damn awesome. Also, he’s the most “consistent” guy out there. Go look it up: 4th thru 7th in every Moto so far this year. He seems to be getting faster and more “driven” to get in the fight that’s going on up front… And stay there. And “finish” there...

I'm surprised more people aren't talking about how aggro Ryan was yesterday. He jumped over top of a few guys at LaRoccos Leap one of them being Anderson when JA only doubled. It looked like Anderson was trying to throw a block in there so neither could jump it and Dunge just sent it. Most times you would thing that Ryan would just say, "You got me here, I'll just grind you into a pulp the rest of the track." He also had a couple times the bike was all over the place on him. Dungey is usually so calculating...

On 2 laps to go he had brought the time from 5 sec to 2 sec behind sexton .so he was actually pulling from roczen and catching sexton . Then a few turns later he lost 6 sec s . he must of got held up big time by lapper s , there was 5 or 6 between him and sexton when he lost the time .

I think lappers came into play. He mentioned in a post race interview he got heated and owed a few privateers some apologies.

Dungey, like Tony, is a legend in our sport. Any time we can see him ride is a bonus to me. Notice how he keeps improving every race. Like a Diesel..... Thank you.

6/19/2022 8:27am So in a post race interview Dungey speaks of apologies he needs to make to a few privateers. He's being sincere and it is "they" who are on his mind during the interview after the 2nd moto. That impresses me even more than his race did. That kind of quality and class cannot be purchased.

He may not have had that last little .01% of maniac speed to always match RV or Stewart, but the fact that he can come back after 6 years and still be competitive in the lead pack with a mix of the same guys who never stopped and the new generation is a completely different kind of badass. His comfort level just stays right up there, just took a few races to knock the rust off.
