Me and some buddies started arguing on the way riding about how we each clean goggles. Now I was always told soap and water. They use WD 40, windex, rain ex spray. Now my old man always told me the latter would ruin your lenses and make them brittle.

That's why I'm asking the all knowing vital forum!! What's the truth??

Bingo.

I love washing my goggles the night before a ride honestly haha. Always gets me pumped.

Clean the lenses using a damp microfiber cloth. Every couple rides I'll throw the frames in with my gear in the washing machine.

Wash mine when I jump in the shower without the lense. Putting them in the washing machine makes the strap go fluffy eventually.

I use soap and warm water for the frame and strap. The lens I use that eye glasses cleaner that comes in a small pump bottle with the supplied fiber towel.

Deep clean once a week with mild soap and warm water (5 pair). Drip dry. Polish lenses with micro and aero glass cleaner. Always use tear offs. I like fat tire.
on edit: always tear down for weekly.

I have the breath of angles (two per goggle) blow the excess dirt off. Then it's off to the hot tub in the Presidential Suite in the Bellagio in Vegas to have them massaged by the feet of 72 virgins. Shipping the now clean specs to a monastery in eastern Mongolia, they have the best water for rinsing. Shipped bact to me by a clandestine wing of LaFamilia.

This is undisputed and make mine a Bass Ale please
