Our 18 year old son has been battling leukemia for almost 2 years. He went through 9 months of weekly chemo. He has been in the maintenance phase and lower monthly dosages for several months now. The overhead that place carries increases every year with new regulations, tax adjustments, etc. The comment was made that other dealers have the same expenses, yes and no. Zoning can be a burden or a crushing burden for taxes. City taxes on top of county taxes...
