That shot is killer. When it was still a real motocross track.

Mickey Kessler went 1 and 1 in the 1986 250 USGP 500cc Support Class. Might be Ron Dunfee chasing him here. It was an awesome ride by Kessler that day!

Another one I shot of Mickey Kessler back in 1986. Big KX500s looked great out on that track.

The early morning is my favorite time at Unadilla

Has anyone ever noticed there is a cemetery right across the road from the track? Ive been there maybe 15 to 20 times since 1978 and i never noticed until the Rewind last month.

I agree. I get grief every time i say i dislike that stupid skyshot jump .The hill in center of the track was so rough at one time. Why is it they groom the track smooth as a SX? I know its not because today's racers are wussys. Im thinking its to keep great racers from gapping the good racers to make racing appear closer

Did you watch the race last year? It was anything but smooth.

The old pictures of the track look so much better. I wish they wouldn't disc the track before the race.

Ok I'll play.
Digging these up reminds me I need to go back.

Spent a moto in the Screw U section--lotta action goes down there and it's cool to see the difference techniques.

Anyone guess who 605 & 578 are?
Only a true Motohead would know. Smile
Hint: both riders made an impact in this year's Nationals.
