The best man will win the series. No excuses. No asterisk. Just the guy who finished the season with the most points.

I could be wrong. But I truly believe that this is why they actually have the races in the first place.

Give us an example of a championship where injuries or mechanicals didn't play a part of the outcome. Tell us which championship had every possible contender in it from start to finish. If my aunt had balls she would be my uncle. If not for a thrown chain and running out of fuel Dungey would have two more championships. Does RV get your asterisk for those? No such thing. Last man standing at the end of a championship wins, period. Any other talk is comical.
Yep!!

Hey-a trolls! What's it like to continuously discredit a guy who has like 3 times the amount of 450 MX wins than RV?

It must be great, because even though it's pure idiocy and gets us all nowhere you're still plugging away!

Really? Roczen is a undeniable force no doubt, but passing his wins before too long. So you're saying that KRoc is going to just take off and win everything and Dungey will stop winning. Doubt it. Dungey is in his prime at the moment imo. I really believe he has a few years ahead of him that may be his best. Time will tell. KRoc is a phenominal athlete without a doubt, but he hasn't dominated Dungey when healthy and I don't believe it will be different anytime soon. He surely has the years on Dungey, but Dungey ain't going anywhere anytime soon imo. He is motivated, probably in the best shape of his career and finally on a bike that KTM and his team have been after all along. I don't get you guys that just refuse to give Dungey credit.

$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ KTM had a crap bike which won nearly every thing last year too . if you put the best riders on any bike they will win . this year KTM seem to be a mile better. is it the best factory bike out there ?? i dont know , imo its not . but its not far off . i feel sorry for DUNGEY in a way , he win s and it s because the bike is so good . maybe give the rider a bit of credit . do i think he would of done the exact same thing on the RMZ in SX , YES !!

You can never stay out of KTM threads without spewing your retarded hate out there can you? I guess one of the KTM owners drove it in your wife one night?

The new FE's look to be a large improvement over the previous generation...especially on the professional level.

The only the Kenny had covered was the ground. No one was touching the Dunge at the end of the season. Everyone says Tomac is faster then Kenny, or anyone for that matter. And what did RD do to him in Vegas?

This is Jim's 2nd BOOM! In this thread (I just didn't post the 1st; so, that way Capt. Obvious & The Superficial Motoheads would have a shot at it).

Here's what comical.

Last year Dungey won races against all the "Top Dogs", on a bike that was sub-par. This year his bike is much better, he's riding better than ever & you honestly believe he wouldn't have won a single race if the Top Dogs were racing.

I didn't forget that KRoc won last year, but he won by the skin of his teeth. Dungey closed it down very closely near the end. Yes KRoc opened it back up in Indiana, but in unusual circumstances. They had to ride the same track that day, but for some reason, those conditions seemed to really favor KRoc. In my estimation, Dungey is riding better at the moment than maybe he ever has. I believe he's in better shape than he has ever been. Those two factors and the new bike will give him a slight edge over KRoc this season i believe. I sincerely believe he wins the SX season even had KRoc not been injured. We'll see what happens very soon. If Kroc dusts Dungey, I'll be able to admit it.

Geez what? Yeah, Kenny is the 2014 MX champ. But I remember KROC sweating it out big time last few rounds. Darn that pesky inferior Dungey#5 rider. I didn't watch your video. Is it the one where the Dunge schooled Kenny for the overall at glen helen Last year? Laughing Cool

This thread is comical.
I do. 250 champ, 450 champ, then 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, and now 2015 sx champ. All race wins in those years. Tell me why YOU HONESTLY believe that he would not have won? Top guys in all those years.

Most of the time the guy with the most wins wins the c chip. Dungey never finished off the podium after A1 which was a 4th. He also had the most wins 2015.

You are high if you don't believe the new bike didn't help. It IS better than the last year. But it isn't the only link in the chain that takes a rider to the next step. If you are in a good place outside of racing and remove ? marks from your program, you are pretty much in grove. Dungey did that.

no where did I say the Jap bikes (or the RMZ450 to be specific) was better than the FE, I said 'almost' on par...

Yes I have ridden a FE, I did a compare of it against my CRF450 some time ago, I wont bother repeating it. I ride expert class.

I doubt anyone with a brain can doubt DeCoster. He took Suzuki to the top, now KTM. Who would've thought they could win a SX race a few years ago, much less a championship. He is the man.

Cooper webb is doing just fine on the Yamaha if you ask me. I think its a combination with good equipment of course - but the biggest percent is still the rider and the enviroment. KTM looks darm good and they make quality bikes but personaly believe RD could win on any bike any brand, the same goes for AC he rode the Yamahas good as hell before he made the switch he could win on any bike , first talent - second the bike. But there is no doubt KTM and Roger made huge improvement to their program & everywhere he goes he wins so its not a fluke at all. Put roger on Factory Honda or Factory Kawi and bring him the rider and i am more than certain he would win there too.

There is a reason why a handful of them are champions right. For example, Suzuki took Carmichael onboard and made them look good, it had been a while since they won anything and they had roger there without winning anything in particular, RC came and boom, he even made a bike 2005 450 rmz work, and if you ask any pro rider in the pits that bike was not too good but with the right talent he made it work anyway, reason yeah we all know it, just better than the rest.

The question will be is it as good in the outdoors?
For SX the new KTM are really good, but nothing is proven for the fast outdoors yet.

At MXGP the KTM doing well but they did the last years.
I am not sure if those bike works as good as they did in SX.
