Lowered trucks

I noticed a lot of guys have lowered trucks. Could we get some pics of your guys' setup? I have a 97 s10 and want to put some work in it, but I want to see some of your guys' babies! I know Travis Cady has a really nice s10.

LOL why! Trucks are made to be useful. I do not see how the heck that could be considered useful or a truck! Look cool driving my bike to the track but now that I am here I can not get into the track.

Agreed. Never understood that culture or the 9" lift ans 37" swampers so the whole neighborhood hears my tires before im there.

Growing up, you needed a truck with some clearance to get to most of the riding spots. I guess that since everyone practices at tracks now, that isn't much of a concern.

I dont really have any room to talk lol. I have a 67 f100 and a 67 c-10 off their frames right now getting bagged and drivelines installed. Its the minis, reminds me of vanilla ice and hammer rims on a datsun.

I never liked these things, but I really grew to hate them in about 1992. I drove 12 hours to Seattle to ride with a friend of mine that moved up there and when I got there I found out that the day before he had just traded his 91 RM250 for some piece of shit mini truck with ocean graphics because he thought that some chick would dig it.

So, OP comes on here and asks members who have lowered trucks to respond.
What he immediately encounters is a bunch of pussies denegrating his peferred style of stance for his truck.
If you don't like lowered trucks, then don't reply. He didn't ask any of you bastards to 'straighten him out' nor did he ask if you like lowered trucks. You are likely the same douches who sit around and make fun of anybody who differs from you or harbors an opinion different from your own. It's called insecurity----and, man, is it ugly.

I have my own opinion of lowered trucks, but he didn't ask what my opinion was. He asked for feedback from any on the forum whom have lowered their trucks. Sure, it should have been posted in 'non-moto', but that rule is rarely enforced.

I live lowerd trucks, I had an 83 S10 lowered I used to haul my CR500 in, this was early 90's BTW lol

Only reason I could possibly imagine for owning a lowered truck is loading and unloading. My diesel is really tall But I've developed a system.

The lowered S10 is and always has been a very classy look.

if you bag your truck the right way, you can not only lay it out but can lift is PAST stock, and anywhere in between.
It tows better and rides better.

I understand not everyone likes lowered trucks but that goes the same for lifted ones..... I actually prefer my truck lowered, it's much easier to load my bike than when it was lifted plus it has better handling and gas mileage.

It's not lowered much only 2"/3.5" but that's because it's a 4x4, the wheels are 20" but the tires are sized so that the overall diameter near stock.
