Grew up in central ohio and started riding at the age of 4 and racing at the age of 13. Rode all the local tracks in district 11 until bumping up to A then raced victory sports mega series. Chased the dream of being a top pro but due to injuries and lack of money had to move on. Started a riding facility in the Springfield Ohio area called the New Moon, we ran night races for about 3 years before being bought out by a local manufacturing facility. Now I live in Ft Myers, Florida with my wife of 27 years and raise my 4 kids.

He’s pestering Jett because he can’t seem to beat him straight up. So he has to pester him in hopes of getting in his head. It’s sad the best American born rider we have has zero class. It’s going to be really funny if he can never solve the Jett mystery.

I’m pretty sure the AMA amended the rule book for situations like this last year. I expect both Jett and Haiden to get license points penalties.

What are the rules on targeting riders in practice for the sole purpose of harassment like Deegan has done to Jett? Seems like a no brainer to penalize the rider doing the harassment.

I have no problems with the penalties but if you have that many red cross/red light jumping violations there is something systemic going on and it should be looked at internally to understand why.

I find stats interesting, and I’m an unashamed Hunter fan, so thought this was awesome and hard to believe that after so many legends, that it’s a first. Ho-lee-fuk that's gnarly. Clearly not running, or at least not responding. Knowing how he already feels, it'd be reeeeaaaally hard to ever get back on that bike again. At that point it's not about finishing first or tenth, it's about a life changing injury, and that's a very different risk calculation.

Massive Eli fan here...but I'd love to see him do a parade lap in Colorado and waive the crowd goodbye to an amazing career. That Pala crash was too close to being the big one. We all know he's a badass.
