So I guess now, as per usual in moto, for lack of information, and/or via deduction, we can assume that... Cole's rant was potentially shitting on a brand that he basically rode for his entire pro-career, who brought him on to the factory team and supported him through multiple major injuries because he wasn't getting free bikes post-career... Which given his career with them, seemed situationally or factually unlikely. I'm not saying this is my opinion... i'm just pointing out, framing and perception, in social media particularly, are important... hence, answers please!

Take a look at the vault and outside a couple years he was hundreds of points off the podium and ended up "around" the top 5 twice. Now Honda owes him and should just continue giving him stuff? I didn't have much of an opinion one way or another about Seely until numbergate. I thought it was cool of him to ask KW before taking the 14, but to expect the same when he retired was a bit much. KW had achieved moto godfather status. Even at the end of Seely's career, if you asked me who number 14 was I would have said 'Windham, no wait Seely". I agree, As Americans we fully support our military. But man are they touchy bunch the last few years. They have dibs on all the best jobs when they get out. Military discounts of everything, free college,etc. wotc started in the 90,s big tax break for hiring a vet. We hired a few marines for drill rig work, we had to fire them all. You were obviously offended enough to have to vent about it. Again, can you cite the pat of the Flag Code that would have guided Alpinestars to change the orientation of the flag for this patch? You say "let's get this right", but again there is nothing in the Flag Code that points to it not being right. Yes, it was a military appreciation night but that doesn't mean that the riders all ate MREs that day, that they met for formation first thing in the morning, etc. They can say "Thank You" to the military without having to copy...

I believe the flag is not supposed to be on any clothing or used in a decorative manner, if we're getting technical.
