I actually got two tickets on my mini bike, none on my SL125 then my first MX bike 1972 250 AJS I got off with a stern warning after I had fired my bike up after getting home from the car wash. Proceeded to ride down the corner turn left and grab a handful only to have a Dayton Police cruiser turn the next corner at that very instant and block the street.
He made me walk the bike home but no ticket. Got off lucky...how about you?

Another time a bud and myself rode our Yamaha RT-1's from Renton Wa. (back roads) to Seward Park one afternoon. Now Seward Park is a pristine park on Lake Washington. We had wanted to ride there for a long time
Got there about a 1/2 hour before dusk and proceeded to have the time of our lives.....it was so damn fun.........one thing we did prior to getting there was on a previous trip we scouted out our escape route in case we got discovered........let me tell you are glad we did the scout job, as we did get discovered and we had to make like a couple of bandits and head for the hills!!!
That was soooooo much fun!!!!
I kinda miss the 70's.
Back then we would ride these areas where they would dig big lakes to dry up the everglades swamp areas to later build on. We pulled the Dukes of hazard on some police and security once, they were chasing us around the mobile home trailer offices and the dust was crazy. After a few laps we head into woods and up a big overgrown mountain like hill and watch as they did a few more laps around the trailers. It was excellent. That was the 80's. Good times.
Spent about $1200 in fines and lawyer fees to get it reduced. Was in college at the time and did not want anything on my record. Never rode where I didn't pay to get in again.
I forgot the name of this place but it was huge in Jersey. I think its called Crystal Lake or Gliddens? Seen videos posted on here after I got busted but I will never go back. Lesson learned.
Was doing a one handed wheelie up the road (like the black folks) last week and a cop passed me. Didn't even hit his brakes.
But I do have some run away stories I'll post later when I'm on my desktop.
We were in our late 20s and used extreme caution whenever we rode there. Unfortunately, the local moto-juveniles soon discovered our track and the place started to get a lot of play. Eventually the cops came out while we were riding. Two female cops came out and as they were giving us a lecture, one of their colleagues attempted to make his way over on a big Harley Police bike. It was a rutted dirt field and he ended up stalling and tipping over. We all busted out laughing and the two female cops couldn't help but chuckle too. We ended up with just a warning and within a year the place was turned into a Costco/Lowes/Target/Century Theaters, etc.....
I do remember getting busted with Kiedrowski in Acton once. That cop was not a nice individual..
I spotted the red and blue lights on the dash and pulled over to the side the cop gets out and the lecture begins...
His two kids are hanging out the window looking at my bike the whole time, and he had to ring my dad as I had no ID on me, I was about 22.
I asked him to give me a break and also if I could ride home, (it was very hilly), and he was cool and said, "just get the bike home". H e left and I continued on to my track, I had mates waiting for me.
A couple of days later, I had to go to the police station and he gave me an unofficial, 6 month good behaviour dealio.
If we catch you again you'll be in trouble.
There were a couple more run-ins, but the filth never seemed too bothered, especially when you're on a stock 50.
Never had a problem on my big bikes although my brother and brother in-law got done riding to a track from our house, but that was 25 years ago.

Now, the BLM will chase your ass down with a helicopter and will send you to GITMO. I ride strictly motocross at a MX track.
it was pretty cool, never had any trouble with the law on a bike. i normally try to stick to tracks though
Not for riding exactly but related..
There was a MC cop that was infatuated with the idea of catching us riding in the hills.
Insisted on riding his Kaw police bike up into the hills but after many sightings and lopsided pursuits he never was able to close the deal.
On one of his pursuits he got his bike stuck and had to radio for help.
He came by the Kawasaki shop where I worked and interrogate some of us about where and when we all ride, he said he knew it was us and he would eventually catch us.
20 minutes later one of the other mechanics and I were bringing lunch back to the shop and he follows us on the sidewalk and rides his bike into the service area then proceeds to give us both J walking tickets.
That guy really held a grudge.
