After winning only once last year,I think James is starting to feel like no one can run his speed AGAIN.....It was scary easy tonight.

Confidence is a crazy thing! I think the biggest thing is his confidence in his team and that Suzuki!

Have you noticed he`s letting team to make some important decision about bike? That means there is a lot of trust. Webb`s done a good job with a team.

I agree, it's strange to think someone with his abilities could be down mentally. If there was any doubt in his mind before, I'm sure he feels like it's '07-'09 all over again now.

I can imagine it is easy to crack a man that has that kind of confidence and won at least 80-90% of races throughout his entire life up until 2010; that's going to crack the armor for sure.

If James had never rode the yamaha is confidence would have never slipped, it's just taking a little longer to get it back. Hope he can continue to build on the last few races and get evenstronger.

He will so easily win this championship. If you think otherwise, you are a fool.

I think his wrist injury didn't do him any good. But he's gelling with the bike and the team and physically is in great shape. Confidence is key and hard work will give you that. James is putting in work.

He's riding great. He still has a few points to make up but I'm still betting RV gets it going and turns this into a snooze fest soon.

Getting late for the that, Looks like JS7 already started the snooze fest. Im an RV fan, but my question is was RV really that good? Or was JS7 just really sucking that bad the last few years?

rv is that good no question but james is too....these guys are the only two who attack the the track like they do,villo has been kawi mounted forever and has never had to adjust to another bike.......ask yourself what things might be like had james had 12 years on the same brand.

Good point!

His bike looked great tonight, and so did he!

Right on. Over the last several years it seems like those Suzukis are big confidence builders. Might be my imagination but the top guys seem to hit their peak on zooks.

Barring injury this season is gonna go down to the wire.

Bummer Reedy isn't in there to make it even more interesting.

I dont think rv is gna turn anything into a snooze fest. Yea he will win i say 3 more, but stewart isnt scared of racing him n the way the #7 is riding right now that confidence is dangerous. Rv is having trouble beating his training partner right now. Atlanta is gna be interesting, its a soil they all like and its one of stewys favorite tracks. If stew wins atlanta, the field is in trouble.

I'm a huge JS7 fan and always will be but if you think RV wont come back swinging then your crazy. I think what we are seeing now is James is riding a bike that lets him "do his thing"
I think its going to come down to both of them going so fast and pushing each other so hard that the one that makes that small mistake or slips up will go down because they will both be on the edge at all times.

I'm actually rooting for James... so to all his rabid fans... please don't make everyone who's come to like him the past few years start hating him again with your wild predictions followed by excuses.

Totally agree. Like the lame loser above that discounts RVs fortitude. I can speak from personal experience, Villopotos are some of the most resilient and determine people you will meet.

He's going 24-0 in outdoors baby! Stamp it. Kidding.

He is definitely the best podium interviewer. His personality is greatness.

His wins are a comforting my grief over 22's injury's. I hope JS7 can build that confidence and swoop the championship.
The fans wil go mental if he pulls that off.

I'm a Stewart fan, but just because he's won two in a row doesn't end this season. If fans will reflect on the first 5 races, Stewart was right there in most of them, however like RV, if he didn't get a really good start like RV in Arlington TX, he struggled a little getting up front like RV. Other times he did move into a podium finish.
Both these wins came with very good starts, and he quickly took over the lead.
If he has a start like one in the first few races and he comes out around 7th place he needs to show he can race to the front.
Unfortunately he has alot of points to still make up, and RV really hasn't had that real bad race like Stewart, Dungey and Reed.
Roczen is still very in this thing, and has been consistent, to the point he hasn't had a really bad race either.
All that being said, I believe if JS7 and RV continue to show the most speed and keep it on two wheels, this may turn into a 2 man race in the end.
But way too early, alot of good racing yet to go.

It seems , maybe??, that Villo just isnt his old self these last few rnds....
Atlanta means they are closing in on the halfway mark of the season....
The series has been great so far...

Stewie is returning to form and this means trouble for the field. He is back to making it look easy, seriously. That win looked effortless. Yikes. If I was RV I would be getting a little uncomfortable right now.

Stew is and has always been the "COW" Crash or Win........At one point he won 100% of the races in which he didn't crash.....

Everyone remembers daytona.

Looks like we have a good season in the making, Stew, RV and KR........Would be great to have a 3 way title chase.

He looks like he's riding within his comfort zone and still crushing everyone else, over the last 2 weeks anyway. It's early and RV has the points lead but I think James is going to make this interesting.
