And I'm sticking with Jake.

Josh cuts over and knocks Moss inside the haybale then the contact with the bale takes Hill down.

Flame on bitches.

You can't even see Hill hit a haybale from that angle. Can't even hardly see what happens.

and yet it is apparently enough for him to conclude Josh was at fault for it all..

I don't generally like to repeat myself, but since this is a new thread it's like a do over...

The other video showed a better angle. I'm with ya Crush, Hill fucked up and it's all on him!

If you can't see that Hill moved over after landing and the impact changed Jake's line to inside the bales thenI don't know what proof you need. But seeing this is the most straight on angle footage there is I'm sticking with what I said.

And also that it was racing. Waaaah

Josh landed on the inside with the intent of taking the inside in the corner. Fastest line through a corner anyone? Outside to inside, Josh took a regular racing line. Jake had plenty of time to choose a different line but chose to jam up the inside. Jakes fault for taking a line that wasnt there.

if hill is in front of jake hill controls the line! that angle to me looks like j moss is the culprit. look how he came over the jump, he wouldn't of been able to make that turn regardless, anyway, again im not hating on either side, but don't care for the moss brothers whats so ever

When you make factual statements about an incident based on a video that DOESN'T depict the incident......it makes your judgement with regards to anything else suspect. I don't know what happened or who was at fault, but if you are judging solely by this video.....you don't either!

The only thing that showed is that Hill was in front of Moss. Even still, the footage is so crappy yo couldnt tell who they were if you didnt know.

Moss's fault, he stuck it up the inside and had nowhere to go, causing a crash, but hey, what he said, rubbing is racing.

Damn, and I thought supercross in the states skimped on the dirt. Dry I think the thing that made the crash look more violent is the fact that Hill had absolutely no idea that Moss was gonna be dive bombing him like that. Hence the unpreparedness.

Quote Josh," i cut thru the pack to catch Jake" Josh was running 3rd at corner 2 of lap 1, behind Matt and Jake?Quote " He came up the inside so i moved over skidded and forced him to brake hard". Then he and Faith, who also lost on the night both refused to turn up on the podium. Now Gavin crashed twice and hasn"t said a word, so maybe he was to sore to go to the podium but Hilly was fine and talking to Matt but still didn't go to the podium. Does this happen anywhere in the world?

Unfortunate for Hill, but just looked like a racing incident to me.

After seeing the inside angle I agree. Looks like two riders going for the same part of the track.

Moss had no where to go. They both carried a lot of speed off the jump, and there is no way with Hill taking away the inside that Moss was going to make the corner without going wide or using the berm. Always easier in hindsight, but Josh had enough speed to take a little more time to free himself from Jake and then go after Matt.

So what would have been wrong with Jake "going wide or using the berm". When those options aren't convenient, should riders routinely cut inside the barriers?

Know who you are riding against, and the weight of this single race. Josh is one of my favorites, but he was shutting a door leaving no where to go. Jake could not even have cut back outside(not that he would have). BTW..I couldn't tell by this video(who really could except Crush and his Mac), but there was another video that showed their speed as they both cleared the jump before the corner.

Moss scrubbed to the inside line of the corner obviously thinking Hill was going to go a little wider. Hill aimed left after landing obviously thinking Jake was a bit further back. Jake tried to miss Hill, hence him being off the track trying to avoid contact. Didn't work, he still hit him, Hill hit the tuff block and thats all she wrote.

These guys are skilled enough to take somebody out alot cleaner then that if its intentional, that looks like two aggresive guys going for the same thing, it could just as easily have gone the other way and had Jake picking himself up.

In hindsight I bet Hill wish he stayed on the outside braking hard and when Moss blew by the corner, he would cut underneath and be going after Matt, which would not have been easy.

I think Hill was a little too aggressive in trying to slam the door shut and it bit him with some incidental contact. Moss had more speed coming off the jump, which was evident by his scrub and couldn't slow down fast enough to get behind Hill to take an outside line if he wanted to, because Hill was so aggressive in slamming the door shut.

It's not like anybody got T-boned or anything. I've slammed guys harder for a C class 4th place trophy.

I am not sure tbh I still think moss went in for the take out coming off of the jump hill is 3/4 of a bike infront of jake surely there was some time for this to be avoided if there had been gp style fencing up jake would have been done. Ive seen three vids now and none of them you can hold your hand up and say it was a definate take out because the angle of the videos is not great. I still think its a shame on lap 2 of a race an incident like that happens and ruins a title fight. Not the best advert for jake if american team bosses are watching as well. You got to congratulate matt but Im sure he would have preferred to win it with josh finishing as as it stands he hasnt really showed he can beat a rider who was top 5 in sx last year and may be only be top ten this year with how stacked the 450 class is.
