Leatt has CE class 2 impact protection available, which is what i understand is the most protective.

A friend of mine donated a kidney to his cousin a few years back and the best kidney belt he could find was the Leatt. https://us.leatt.com/products/kidney-belt-3df-3-5 Then he crashed and broke his back and I think he settled on the whole Leatt upper body shell. https://us.leatt.com/products/body-protector-5-5-sale That protector may not be available any more but look at the Leatt site for "Body Protection" and one of them is sure to be what you're after.

3/8/2026 6:09pm I am getting back into riding MX/Trails and MTB after about a decade off. I had one of my kidneys removed 2 years ago and I’m trying to find the absolute best protection on the market for the remaining one. Any suggestions?
