Best Kidney / Stomach Protection for riding?

I am getting back into riding MX/Trails and MTB after about a decade off. I had one of my kidneys removed 2 years ago and I’m trying to find the absolute best protection on the market for the remaining one.

Any suggestions?

A friend of mine donated a kidney to his cousin a few years back and the best kidney belt he could find was the Leatt.

Then he crashed and broke his back and I think he settled on the whole Leatt upper body shell.

That protector may not be available any more but look at the Leatt site for "Body Protection" and one of them is sure to be what you're after.

Leatt has CE class 2 impact protection available, which is what i understand is the most protective.
