I been checking twitter like mad, looking everywhere. All that has been said is Alessi took a digger, walked to mule and was/is a little dinged up. Anyone know the facts about how he is doing or if he will be back for the moto's?

Well....son of a bitch! I was really pulling for him this year to! I'm pulling for all the riders to stay healthy.....But REALLY wanted to see Mike do good this year!

really sucks for him. With the depth of the field this year he has no shot at the title. I think the fire we saw during that 1st practice will be the last from Mikey this year. Doubt he will have the same desire to ride all out knowing the championship is gone.

He wont quit. This isnt supercross where he pulls over. As bad as last season went, he still got out there and rode. Season is just starting Mikey, kill it at Texas!

He'll be out there at least to get a few points. Unless if he was knocked unconcious and the medic crew isn't letting him ride, he'll be out there.

Two concussions in three weeks is a very, very bad thing. He'd better sit out a few weeks, two DNSs today puts him pretty much out of the championship anyway, the last thing he needs si to wind up with Broc Hepler syndrome.

WTF was that get off??? He looked like he was trying to rotate a front flip. The bike landed almost perfect, front wheel down, it looked like he thought or felt like he got kicked much worse than what actually happened. Wierd, looks like he could haave pulled it off.
