So, I’m looking at a bunch of adults “gettin’ all literal-n-shit” all of a sudden?

Did The Donald cast some bait? Sure. Is he actually pursuing all the things he said he would? Well, isn’t he?

It’s like this: I’ll take what I’ve got.NOW over what I had these last 4 years…AND, I’d like to remind you…

LITERALLY

…that far too many of you “gave us Biden”…yet, you want to have a little hissy fit about The Donald’s words.

You Can Not Make This Shit Up©️

But, I still love you. So, there’s always that.

They will be dealing with their derangement for the next four years. It's going to be fun! ;o)

I've been eating one meal a day for 40 years.  I guess they call it intermittent fasting nowadays.  It's the supper meal about 5:00 pm.  Anyway, when we decide to have breakfast for supper...I'll have 6 eggs over easy on SOS.

My daughter was just saying she enjoys duck eggs. Got my inlaw a dozen chicken hatchlings a few days ago. I suggested against it as I know they are going to end up here and my responsibility eventually. Lol I dont mind but I'm already exhausted with my current responsibilities but chickens are pretty fun characters.

Of course they are also affected by bird flu like this gov.scot website tells. It is weird that it only affects the price in the US, or that is a nice storyline to lay the responsibility somewhere else. IDGAF if the story is first made up by the Democrats or Republicans.

The only thing I know is, that starting a trading war when you need to import the most basic stuff such as eggs, piglet- and cow-meat... won't make the prices go down. Something his voters was promised and some also need.

I believe you when you use the phrase "the only thing I know" in reference to yourself, but I doubt this, or anything related to geopolitics or business, is the only thing you know.

On the carrier…when we’d start “goin’ to” powered eggs and such…

I’d ALWAYS find a reason to take a hop to get some fresh stuff. It made the crew love that short civilian dude that was with the VX crew.😂

Eggs, Toast & Bacon…sometimes Linguica or whatever the regional sausage was…loved it when we could go to the Azores or the PI’s for a food and goodies run…or Okinawa. Great local fare at those locales like Duck eggs…or amazing fresh fish…

Good times. Great ships. Amazing Journeys. Awesome Greyhound crews!

Thanks for reminding me. 👍

Its Trump bluster. Its his schtick. He intertwines it along with some bullshitting, salesmanship and some comedy to give the message of the general direction he wants to go in.

I get the idea of what he wants to do and overlook the bluster.

The price of eggs will definitely go down temporarily over the next several weeks. And those lower prices will probably be the top items on the weekly sale flyers to grab attention because of the Easter holiday.

Look, we are not talking about some dude in a bar talking about how many head of cattle he has on his ranch, these are the words of a man that was running for, and won, the presidency. He made that tweet and people took him at his word. If he was just bullshitting about that, what else is he bullshitting the public about?

People did not take him at his word. Only democrats who want to play the game of gotcha.I will give examples of liars vs bullshitters. Hillary Clinton...

Hillary Clinton is a liar. She made up the Russia stuff, that Trump was an agent of Russia.  SHE EXPECTED US TO BELIEVE HER.

Trump says on day 1 he will lower egg prices and end Ukraine war. He knows that we know he can't do that. It's bluster (bullshit). It's a way of communicating optimism that the problem will dealt with sooner then later.

I bought an 18 ct carton of eggs and, it was $13.99.
I didn’t notice the price until I hit the register.

Looking at my previous receipt,  they were $6.49 Dec 2nd.  Simple Truth, Brown eggs from Fred Meyer (Kroger).

Anyone else getting hosed at the grocery store?

Am I gonna have to come there and force your ass, and the squirrel’s…too…, to go Trader Joe’s?

You’re making soooo many points that I presented in a paper, recently, that I have to say…truly…

Thank you for posting this stupid shit in a public forum.

I hope you find a cure.

Haha!!

You don’t need an invite man. The door is always open.  You might have company. I spoke to Rick’s bassist Danny Boy last night and, was finally able to catch up with him. Kinda lost touch after the memorial. I’m gonna be getting him up here hopefully, this summer. Bottom left. Rick up on the wall.

Egg prices are dropping.

As is gasoline.

It's come down 0.40 per gallon, as of yesterday's fill up, from the price per gallon on January 1st.

Are eggs still high?

Yes.

However my nearest Aldi is now $2.50 off the high so going in the right direction.
