Triumph News?

Only a week and a couple days, shouldn't we be hearing about them flying at the test track?

What I'm shocked at is that they are going racing in another week and half and they haven't shown or announced their primary sponsor. Those Triumphs may look a little bare on the decal front.

I just received a British Invasion invitation for an open house that is supposed to have the new model bikes there for review.  The 250x is going one of them.  It's for the 1st of February - next Thursday

That's all I have -

Maybe they don't want a primary sponsor.

Crazy but they may be more interested in selling motorcycles than energy drinks.

Maybe, but I can't think of one OEM Race Team that doesn't have a primary sponsor.

Honda?   Kawasaki in MXGP....  OEM's can fund the racing programs.   People are done with the sugar pops drinks, bit predictable!  It's embarrassing Ducati released with the 3 gay green stripes.... Surely, they're more adult than that!

Logic tells me they don't want to hype up the bike, in case they have a rocky start, like the Beta Team did. Logic also tells me they have no previous supercross settings to work off, so results wont be spellbinding. All we can hope for is a bike that makes the main events and does not implode on the riders and injure them. Expecting a podium, or even a top 10 would be far sighted. Finishing would be a win.

I think it’s cool that Fiji sponsors beta

Would be cool to see smart water, liquid death etc get into the dirtbike thing but they probably won’t, heck even Gatorade Powerade or vitamin water would be better than energy drinks but once again they probably won’t

Tim ferry was saying on pulp a few weeks ago that they are going into it looking at it as a 5 year learning process or something of that nature when Steve asked him about the bike

Triumph absolutely wants a title sponsor and they would be happy to take the energy drink money. It was going to be Monster, then a different brand owned by Monster, and then it seemed like something fell through. There is a reason they have not revealed the team bikes yet, and it's not because they are trying to fly under the radar.

Pretty much anything would look better other than 3 vomit green stripes on a craigslist color kit.

All I know is they have 30'ish days to get 200 bikes into the country and neither dealer close to me has any idea when they will get them.
