CLAIM: CNN altered the color in Joe Rogan’s Instagram video to make him look sickly.
AP’S ASSESSMENT: False. An analysis of the video used by CNN in a report about talk show host Joe Rogan contracting COVID-19 found no sign that the color had been altered. CNN confirmed no changes were made to the color of the video.
On Thursday, the Joe Rogan Experience Fans Page posted a side-by-side comparison of two images _ one said to come from Rogan’s Instagram video and labeled “JOE LOOKS PERFECTLY HEALTHY AND BRIGHT,” and the other, which was slightly darker and grayer, saying “YELLOW FILTER + BLUR MAKE HIM LOOK ’SICK.”
But frame-by-frame analysis by The Associated Press and a digital forensic expert found no evidence of alteration.
“There is no evidence that the clip from Anderson Cooper’s show is manipulated or altered from the original Instagram video in an attempt to alter Rogan’s appearance,” said Hany Farid, professor at University of California Berkeley’s School of Information, whose research focuses on digital forensics, image analysis and human perception.

Also heard today supreme court justice Sotomayor say that 100,000 kids were in US hospitals right now because of COVID. That is insane. The number is a tiny, tiny fraction of that. Justice Breyer said that if this mandate goes through we would stop COVID, apparently not understanding or ignoring that a large percentage of those testing positive and spreading COVID are in fact vaccinated.
So much of this is just a way to divide folks, which was also the agenda of the "social justice" movement IMO
It'd be real easy for someone to filter a screenshot and doctor up that side by side comparison. Could be a fake.
Big news outlets claim there was no difference. That's pretty believable.
Who am I to believe? I did not see either original transmission with my own eyes - I can't make a defendable decision on my own here.

I'm not defending CNN here just what I saw of it.
Which means that the AP is also in on the fuckery. Which maybe shouldn't come as a surprise.
Why is it that the big media outlets decided to use the video with the hue dramatically turned to a green/blue tone?
Many other outlets seemed to have no problem ripping the video from Rogans account without any hue change.
Whether the edit was made by CNN or someone else, Idk, but I find it very hard to believe that the Associated Press' "digital forensic expert" found no evidence of alteration when comparing what was aired on Rogans IG feed from what CNN, ABC, and NBC had posted.
Above is undeniable proof that video shown on CNN was altered from the original but they went with it anyway. Then AP news blatantly lied about it with their spectacular "fact checking".
Anytime you turn on TV news or listen to a podcast at best you are getting someone's opinion, at worst you are getting full on propaganda for one reason or another.
As far as Dr Malones twitter account. I was following him and in the fall I noticed a change in his posts Where it used to be alot of good links and talk about legitimate concerns over the safety and circumstances surrounding the vaccines. It changed to alot of talk about how the government is using the vaccine to usher in a new world order.
