Goggins
The way I found him was I was watching Jesse Itzler on Rogan and he talked about Goggins. He made him jump in a frozen lake and make him run (I forget the miles) every 4 hours, wake his ass outa bed for 48 hrs. All kinds of crazy shit--but he luved it, and so did his wife!

I dig watching this guy--he is so freaken smart yet logical in the sense that you can understand what he is saying.
But I LoL'd at this around the 27 min mark he said something that I've been preaching about "these freaken smartphones have turned us into Zombies".
Well Elon did not say Zombies but he did say we are ANDROIDS!
Oh and he also talked about "Noralink" is not that far off, for people with brain injuries, MS or even people who have become paralyzed that they will DRILL INTO THE HEAD and plug in this Noralink, cap it off like a cork and it will fix these people!
Of course that is the shortened version but it is really amazing!
