We have all heard "non apology apologies". At least this was not one of those. Admitting, owning and totally denouncing what he did.

Whatever they can do to smear people. These people go on a crusade to drag Joe through the mud because has a long format podcast that isn’t on the same crusade pathway. Join or be destroyed. Obey or be destroyed. Apologize! Apologize ! He’s a comedian. They usually don’t apologize. What a crock he had to defense himself against whatever mud slinging gets thrown his way.

It's pretty clear that over the past few years we've learned the mass communication tools we thought were for our benefit are actually tools of control for our benevolent leaders. Being able to shift national discourse from the public square to a hand full of online conglomerates, and then decidedly controlling specific discourse by slowly defining what is an approved and unapproved opinion while step by step removing the ability to openly disagree with said approved opinion is really really dark shit.

I agree. Context counts. This is nothing more than someone or some group in a position of power trying to get him cancelled. More cowardly bullshit from the people on the wrong side.Fuck'em.

Agree, Same with the whoopy thing going on. She bashes white people all day and gets away with it then opens her trap about Jews and gets two weeks off paid. Rozanne Barr got canned for her right leaning opinions.

The folks who are trying to cancel Rogan don’t care what he said about covid, they don’t care if he used the n word…I expect they will be rolling out something next (guessing they will find women to come out and claim he sexually assaulted them- ala Kavanaugh style and it happened 75 years ago so no way to fight back). If that doesn’t work they’ll claim he eats puppies and kittens.

They are concerned about his power to sway votes (power)..that’s what this is all about.. He knows that, the folks attacking him know he knows that that, but they hope there are enough low intelligence folks out there who don’t know..

total PR stunt. I noticed the CEO said "..How about you bring all your shows to Rumble, both new and old, with no censorship, for $100 million bucks over four years?”

He's under contract with Spotify. They wouldn't let him walk AND take his whole catalog of past shows with him. The Rumble guy knows that. He's just looking for free eyeballs and headlines.

And it worked, I had never heard of it before and went to the site lol

I'll give the guy Dave Rubin, but for him to call Bari Weiss and the Weinsteins "right wing"? I guess he was unaware that Eric Weinstein happily taught at one of the most liberal colleges in the country until he dared to apply common sense to a situation...

I just watched Joe groveling on TV Grinning I have to voice my backing for Neil Young and Joni Mitchell on this one; IMO, Joe’s contributions to society seem to pale in comparison and the point they are making is valid and their actions seem to be working as my first sentence above indicates.
