Rain in one thing but high winds is another. Ain't safe to be hitting jumps with large wind gusts.

A few years back an awning pole got picked up at the track and went through the roof of an RV ... my memory is fuzzy but I think it was the Scott truck ... Bevo was at a hotel. Again it's fuzzy math, but there have been a couple of times at Millville that the bibles were brought out.

There was a tornado warning at Budds in 15 when there was a bad thunderstorm before the last 450 moto. I don’t think there was ever anything that touched down though.

The show was cancelled, pretty sure they started the abbreviated practice. Who knows though, Internet and power might be an issue.

It is thundering, and it is probably going to lightning. I am glad I didn't leave the clammy comfort of mom's basement to make the 7 hour drive to the track.

Well, I was afraid of getting stuck in the pits with my little car so I packed up and came home this morning once practice had been postponed and the radar didn’t show any signs of letting up. Damn you rain!

Redbud had a tornado warning Friday night during my race in late 90s. Thousands of ezups went flying and tore up vehicles. Its moto. We loved it lol.

Theres a large amount of guys who showed up to race Saturday, drive home home Sunday, and go to work Monday.
