I’m grateful we have a company devoted to MX. But man, has this team hit a wall the last few games. Nothing really new and exciting. I know you can only take a game so far, but I feel as though the communities suggestions have fallen on deaf ears.

I'm annoyed that even though they're kind of doing a Madden thing, it isn't even a Madden thing because at least the mainstream games are made for NEXT season. This game is going to come out a year after we first saw Coldenhoff on a GasGas and the game won't have GasGas because they didn't race in SX 2020.

This one does look like it does have some deformation at least. Look at the one sand section gameplay. We haven't seen enough yet to get our hopes up though.

I still have fun getting on all out with 8 - 12 riders racing the national tracks. These games are fun, but I'm in it for the career lately. It's been talked about a million times, but having some sort of amateur career where you have to beat a track time on a test track or a 250 E/W coast career to earn a ride would be so sick.

You can be 4 time consecutive 450 champ and you're still forced to do a "try out" before the next season in SX3. Asking for anything remotely sensible to be published from these developers falls on deaf ears!

I was a huge fan of these games but this looks like sx3 with updated rider list. When is one of these developers going to go through the comment section and listen to the people buying it. There is so much room for improvement with this game but we keep getting the same thing

Thats why i didnt buy it. Modern warfare was fresh and then they regressed into cold war

Majority of MW is refined maps off the OG one. Battle Royale is really the only NEW thing they’ve put out.

Just get rid of the skimming lines!

I was a top player in the game before the skim lines were mastered and then I was a nobody lol. I just couldn't adapt to them.

I still LOVE playing this game. But I am FRUSTRATED with the developers. There are many easy fixes that could make it absolutely awesome. But it seems that with the last release they have turned a deaf ear to improvements.

Will I buy # 4? Of course. Will it be better? I doubt it. They will probably add some new feature to appeal to the 10 to 12 year old crowd instead of improving the game itself.

Always hope I am wrong.

Dude I already cancelled my preorder twice. I cancelled when I saw it was just called "MES 4" and cancelled again when I saw no sign of corona for the realism.

Didn't a former employee came out a few years ago to shed light on Milestone's dev process, and if I remember correctly, the jist was once they drop a release they are done and on to their next cash cow. None of their titles get much love after the fact, DLCs, big fixes, performance, etc etc. I was/am hoping this would change with Nordic buying them. But so far they seem to be operating like they always have.

Either way, I will buy and play. I'm pumped to have moto games to play. I only wish they could make something that would keep people's interest and interest outside folks to keep the online games going.

Guys we all know it’s probably a copy and paste with some new riders and features but more importantly(especially during covid) they are still producing a product for us MX gamers to enjoy. They support the sport which is cool and as you guys know, they could easily pull the plug with no warning which is becoming all too familiar around our sport.

Thanks milestone can’t wait to play it Smile

I got a new Xbox Series X on release day. I downloaded all my SX games again and went in and played MESX 1. To me that first game in the series plays better than 2 or 3. Sure it has its quirks but I have been having fun playing it again. Looks great on the new Xbox and my new LG OLED TV. Plays a lot smoother also.

I will probably buy the new one. I usually do. I have no willpower.

Unless something major gets announced with this game, I’m not buying. I agree with the post above, MES 1 plays better than any of the new ones. No stupid power boosts when I downside something perfectly, the newer animations are weird with dabbing your feet and all the extra movement, etc. There are so many things I wish this series would fix but hasn’t and has only gotten worse. No new bike graphics since mxgp3, no clutch (still????). I can’t justify buying the same game that’s been released 3 times already if I don’t enjoy playing it after I complete two or three championships. I wish I didn’t feel this way but I do.

2 was the peak so far. 3 was/is so broken its unplayable. Dunno how they can do so much better on the mxgp games and leave mesx in the cold.

Another SX game with deep, soft and loamy MX dirt, ruts that do nothing and small whoops. Not to mention the untouched physics.

Gonna be a no from me dog.

This is what all major games do, release yearly with improvements or attempted improvements. The only way to get your dream Mx game is to support them long enough until they nail it. Will each game better the year before maybe not but overall the gameplay will get better over time.

One major area that needs to be fixed though is ruts that you can ride, even if they Don’t form up and they’re just there from the start

I do remember that. However they have made changes mid release in the past. Just this last one (#3) they went forward with some stuff. But backward with others. So frustrating.

If I ever win the lottery I will make the game we all have wanted...
