Meta-thread: The vax.

Like many of you, I come here to read about moto. But, as of late, almost every thread seems to either start off or devolve into an argument about the vaccine.

- All three or four GL threads turned into vax pissing matches, many of which (or all?) were deleted.

- Oh, a thread about the Pulp show, wonder if it's about GypsyTales coming on to work out their "beef." Nope, it's about the vax.

- Ryno got hurt, and now, somehow, that thread turned into a back-and-forth about the vaccine.

Can we lay down some rules for the sub regarding this shit? We get it, literally everyone has an opinion on it. But I can assure you, nobody is going to change their stance on it because of anything posted here. I can't be the only one sick of seeing this shit. I come here for the dirt bikes.

It’s everywhere, not just this forum.

I think everyone is sick of hearing/ talking about it. It would be nice to NOT have it be drug into every thread.

I agree there should be admin guidance on the subject. That being said, I won't let the argument turn 1 sided. If they are going to let only 1 viewpoint be expressed, then I toss a hand grenade in every once in a while and get them flushed, usually after warning and trying to keep peace. The gloves have been off for a while.

good way to end the discussion is to add one more thread about it.

we are in an unprecedented global pandemic, whether you’re sick of it or not has no bearing. It’s effecting virtually every aspect of life, including moto. Get used to it, and ideally join the efforts to get through it.

If they are going to let only 1 viewpoint be expressed, then I toss a hand grenade in every once in a while and get them flushed, usually after warning and trying to keep peace. Hell fucking yeah. Changed my oil and threw a clean filter in, I'm good to go. Hoping the track came around in the last couple days after all the rain here in the NE on Wed night. Ready to not think about any of this shit at all

You can’t deny it is an issue when it costs the US presence at the MXdN. Reminder : US citizens have to be vaccinated or quarantine 5 days to enter Italy. Now let’s see what Schock and Masterpool will do. Sipes entered the country before the new regulations, he is fine as long as he stays there.
