I try to ride my wife and my dirt bikes all the time. I prefer not to ride my riding lawn mower. But my wife insists that I ride the riding lawn mower or else I will not be able to ride my wife and my dirt bikes. Life's a bitch.
I'm lucky if I get to ride once a month now. Family and bills slowed things way down. Before though, I was riding twice a week and racing on Sunday. I miss those days, but I love my family more lol
Not nearly as much as im able to. My bike is tired and needs some engine rebuilding. Id say atleast once a week at this point, used to ride atleast 3 times a week
My goal is to ride 2 times per week during the season (march - october, not a fan of riding in the winter) but I usually only ride once per week. With 3 kids, a house, a full time job and a wife to entertain it´s though! .. =)
If I had a track locally, or some property I would ride every week. With a 2 hour trip each way to/from the track, it's more like once a month that from April till November
Well last year I was riding almost everyday during the summer/spring. And 1-3 times during the winter but now I'm in college so don't ride nearly as much. But it'll pick back up in the spring
I haven't ridden in 10 yrs. Back when I used to ride, I would ride almost every weekend year round (on average, probably 3 out of 4 weekends a month). Occassionally rode both Saturday and Sunday. I never had the ability to ride during the week. I was always jealous of people who could do that.
Usually once a week, and in the summer twice a week. No riding from mid-november to mid-februari usually, because the tracks here are either closed, soaking wet or frozen.
Try to get out 3 times a month on the weekend, sometimes I'll do Saturday and Sunday. Currently recovering from a knee injury. Plus gotta give the wife a weekend here and there.
I might have rode MX 25-50 hours last year. I put in more than 10k hours on my crf50 though, total estimate on hours but damn; my boss had some property nearby the shop and a big old Ford farm tractor with a bucket. I quit my job to build that track and ride it all day every day.
The ground ended up freezing and I had to move to a different part of the state for work, I hope to ride the big bikes a lot more this year; I think a lot of it will have to be offroad as the deep west moto scene is not the greatest

It sucks that the closest tracks are all in DE and PA
. Have you tried to timonium fairground flat track races?
I have done 50 hours a year for the last 2 years. So that works out around every other week in the summer months, then slow it down from November-march.
Wish I could ride a lot more, I see some of the guys I race with practicing every week through the year, it's frustrating I cant seem to progress much but it is how it is a suppose. Still after buying a house, and been young in the U.K. I'm grateful to be riding at all.

I spend a good amount of time road cycling, mountain biking, and riding my sport bike (YZF600R).
If I could ride the track 2x/week I would probably quit all of my other hobbies... Adulting sucks sometimes. :-(
pay the bills.
