Is engine ice really better than other coolants? I've been hearing mixed reviews. I currently run Pro Honda HP Coolant and my bike has been overheating at every mud race I do.
Don't really know. I've never really had an engine overheating issue, so the one bike I did splurge on and run engine ice I couldn't tell I difference anyway because there wasn't a problem to begin with. I would say go for it.... it's not going to be any worse
the reason i use it because the money dave puts back into the sport and the help he has given racers.

Figure out what the issue is , fix it, then worry about what brand you want to run, Engine Ice would be a good choice.
I know there are several teams running EI in their bikes while someone else's sticker is on the side.
Since engine ice is.non toxic, it suggests its propylene glycol.
I don't feel they have managed to go beyond the laws of physics
In short, I swear by Engine ICE. I know the stuff works, and in conjunction with a high pressure radiator cap, you can't go wrong. (don't get Tusk rad caps....the spring in the 1.6 bar cap is has about as much tension as overcooked spaghetti) Go with CV4 or Myler's instead.
Never had a problem with heat in the fo fiddy
Pit Row
Take from that what you want....
it was for painting on the carb bowl to reflect heat and prevent fuel boil.
i used it but never boiled fuel before since i used oxidized fuel the bike ran cool.
never knew what became of that kit testing,be moot with efi now i guess.
saw dave at atlanta this year, looked good, must a stopped smoking,he wasnt wrinkled like a prune no more.
I typically avoid these threads because they start fights and stuff, but let me just say this, individual results are going to vary, because there are so many variables....weight, altitude, humidity, engine condition and even the condition of the clutch. We've never claimed or promised a specific result or to have altered physics, but, while water is the ultimate coolant, it is possible to assist that water by smoothing out the flow of it (reducing surface tension) and improving the boil and freeze points over plain water. You can also improve the quality of what you put into your radiator, by making sure what you're putting in is free of contaminations. For example, tap water, which is full of all kinds of minerals and chemicals, is not going to flow as smoothly as a purified Deionized or RO water, because those contaminants create a "drag" of the fluid inside the system. That's the purpose of water wetter, to reduce that drag (surface tension). The same goes for the antifreeze portion, keeping that drag reduced so that the overall flow of the product within the system is as smooth as possible, keeping that surface tension to a minimum.
As mentioned earlier, there must be a reason Engine Ice is the top selling coolant and antifreeze in the motorcycle and power sports industry and there must be a reason why OEM teams, top OEM teams, ask us to send them product even though they're sponsored by someone else, and we do so quietly, without fanfare or recognition, but we know what's in those bikes on the line, and we know what we've won and we know who's testing and evaluating our product on a daily basis, secretly.
And now that we have moved our production facility to Ohio, to one of the, if not the, most experienced companies in the antifreeze and coolant business to help refine down our formulation even more, you or anyone should feel pretty confident in your choice of Engine Ice.

Ducks and runs. Actually it's good stuff, I use it in all my bikes.
They both run Engine Ice exclusively.
