WhiteKnuckleV2.1 Added a reply to Interesting story Bubba & Gert Jan Theunisse
6/21/2014 7:22pm James was found to have taken Adderall, that's all. There's no conspiracy. There may be incompetence on the part of the FIM, there may be some culpability on James' part for not keeping his paperwork straight, but nothing happened in 2006.

WhiteKnuckleV2.1 Added a reply to Seahawks players suspended for adderall use
6/20/2014 8:00pm Personally, if I was on the gate of a pro supercross race and I knew the guy next to me had ADHD, I'd hope he'd taken his Adderall.
WhiteKnuckleV2.1 Added a reply to Not just Stewart...
6/20/2014 6:32am It's one thing for someone to test positive for something. That's currently the end of the issue as far as the testing agency is concerned, but it shouldn't be. What did they test positive for? Why were they taking it? Were they taking it under a doctors supervision for a diagnosed illness/physical condition and were the dosage levels consistent with...
WhiteKnuckleV2.1 Added a reply to Seahawks players suspended for adderall use
6/20/2014 4:08am Caffeine does the same thing. We should bust James for Red Bull in his pit. Except Red Bull and Monster pay all the bills.
WhiteKnuckleV2.1 Added a reply to I'm staying neutral on this thing.....who's with me?
6/20/2014 3:19am If it was EPO or HGH, then that's an issue. Adderall? Who cares? How is that a competitive advantage, except to the extent that it allows him to get to the gate in the first place.
WhiteKnuckleV2.1 Added a reply to Roczen vs Canard
6/14/2014 1:19am That reminds me of racing Howerton and Stackable in the mid 70s, and how incredibly fast those guys could go and how long they could hold that pace. That's the cool thing about motocross - we go out and try to do it too, and we know how good the best riders are. Having said that, though, i wish they'd...
WhiteKnuckleV2.1 Added a reply to Why do we never see or hear about JS7's girlfriend?
6/12/2014 1:02am James seemed like he wasn't real happy for a while and now he seems pretty content. He didn't have the easiest time growing up with so much weight on his shoulders, but now he's a grown man with some of the wisdom that maturity brings. That wisdom leads him to want to keep that part of his life private, and...
WhiteKnuckleV2.1 Added a reply to Dungey on Yamaha
6/9/2014 1:29am I wonder where that is? Looks like Cali. If that's a public track with other people around, it wasn't the best idea in the world on Dungey's part. If it was at a private track with only team members around, it wasn't the best idea for whoever took the picture.
WhiteKnuckleV2.1 Added a reply to Chad Watts On Two Strokes
6/7/2014 2:11am Two stroke, four stroke, whatever. I was just reading the front page test of the KTM 350 with some mods, and I was really jazzed about it. I wish there were more two strokes, but I'm glad we have so many different choices in bikes these days. I came to motocross in an era where you could line up with...
WhiteKnuckleV2.1 Added a reply to Chad Watts On Two Strokes
6/6/2014 5:37am I think two strokes made the sport better and four strokes ultimately made it worse. I say that in the past tense because that's what it is - the past. The argument is over, not because the two stroke side was wrong but because the other side of the argument - the Japanese factories - didn't care who was right...
WhiteKnuckleV2.1 Started a new thread Roczen and Baker mean business
6/3/2014 4:10pm I was watching Roczen get ready for his interview after the races yesterday and noticed his (I assume) girlfriend, the blonde, really pretty girl. She takes the helmet, wipes the face, hands him the water, uh, "Red Bull", holds the bike, checks the teeth...it looked like a Nascar pit stop. DIdn't say a word, just got it done. She had...

6/1/2014 3:20am No big deal. The only reason Metcalf got into a bad position is because of the big bank of dirt on the outside. In any normal situation, he'd have gone a little wide and that would have been it.
WhiteKnuckleV2.1 Added a reply to Damn, everything Aldon Baker touches turns to GOLD!
6/1/2014 1:35am One way to tell if Aldon Baker is really the difference is to see how KRoc handles heat as the series goes on. That was his kryptonite in the past - Aldon's Job 1 is to get him past that. But no doubt about it, Aldon has a heck of a program going; RV wins the SX title convincingly, AC...
WhiteKnuckleV2.1 Added a reply to the way roczen is riding
6/1/2014 1:24am I personally think Roczen is more naturally talented on the 450 than Tomac, and Tomac is a more natural 250 rider. You have to be smoother and more patient on a 450, and that's Roczen's style.
WhiteKnuckleV2.1 Added a reply to Is Grant Langston...............
6/1/2014 12:17am Personally, I thought the commentary was a little strained and didn't sound like a natural conversation, even when Georgia was on. But these people haven't worked together all that much - it takes time for them to let their personalities come out in their commentary. On GL's part, he sounded like he may be trying too hard to come up...

5/27/2014 8:17am ...and realized - again - how cool VitalMX is these days. It's seriously the best moto website I know of. Great photos, great videos, great features, great...pretty much everything. Congrats to GuyB. It takes some serious creativity juices to build something like this. There is some genius stuff going on around here, folks, and you don't see that every day.

WhiteKnuckleV2.1 Added a reply to Zach Bell DQ?
5/26/2014 12:51am There's latitude for the race director to make that call. I'm sure a rider wouldn't get DQed for that.
WhiteKnuckleV2.1 Added a reply to Dungey's last lap pass video
5/25/2014 3:02am Great racing by both Dungey and Roczen (and Grant in the first motot). And by Martin, Webb and Seely too, for that matter. Who would have predicted that Yamaha would win 3 of the first 4 motos?
WhiteKnuckleV2.1 Added a reply to Alessi?
5/25/2014 2:55am If Mike Alessi is at a track and there's a race that day, he'll be behind the gate, period. If he's not, his body isn't able to get there, because his soul is 100% racer. I'm not an Alessi fan, but that's a simple fact.
