I don't know about the state they are in but in my state a call to the state attorney general office gets shit done when it is consumer vs a company. A showing of the the message and the hostage of the parts would result in them either sending the parts and fulfilling the demands of the customer to settle the situation or clip goes their business license. I'm just saying a call to the state attorney general, a complaint filed would produce way more results than a demand letter from a lawyer and it is free to do.
