You’ve taken a dump on every metric mentioned on this page. I thought you were saying that the stock market was what you based your opinion on but I must have misunderstood. I’m just trying to get your answers, because you’ve suggested that you have them: 1. Why do you believe we are in a recession? 2. What metrics are you using and why are they more valid than all the others mentioned?

1/16/2024 8:18am It is a bit silly to count Jett as winning his debut, but not Grant or Roczen. They did 1 or 2 races the previous year on the 450. Jett did 28. So … yeah.

So I watched San Fran with a buddy of mine who enjoys watching the racing with me sometimes, knows a bunch of riders names and bikes etc, but doesn’t follow the sport closely. He asked me “why do they keep talking about Jett winning his debut 450 supercross race, and call him the reigning 450 smx world champion at the same time” Josh Grant did 1x 450 race on the opposite coast when he was on 250’s but we count that, yet the outdoor champ and the Super Duper World Champion with special plates is still having his rookie Debut...

1/16/2024 8:14am By all metrics historically used by all past administrations, the fed, and the current administration, the economy is great. It has seen the best post COVID recovery among developed nations and the best inflation cooling among developed nations.

1/14/2024 12:33pm Barcia definitely should have gotten a penalty. It was hilarious when he went off track to make a pass, then RC says he did that right there he didn’t pass anyone or gain an advantage. I was sitting there wondering if we were watching the same race.

1/14/2024 12:23pm I think he is smart. I disagree with him on most things, but I respect him holding tons of town halls and interacting with the people, as well as his numerous appearances on progressive talk shows and podcasts. I wish we’d see more of that from both sides.

I’ll admit I gave the OP an up vote. I always hated racing in it, but I did when I was young. And I don’t enjoy watching muddy Supercross. I would much rather see them able to ride the track properly, rather than dog paddle around rolling the jumps. But maybe that would justify the cool kids calling it “Supy” though I agree, once it’s all in place, you can’t cancel it, but I do think they should change the schedule. Why do all of the first rounds need to be in CA anyway? Now outdoors, it’s a different situation...
