16 hours ago Bottom line, you'll have to ride ia 250F very hard and that means higher wear and tare. BTW, I went from YZ250F to a 300SX. Lighter, more agile and the same or beter lap times vs 350SX.

8/25/2026 8:44am Fix any holes in the powerband with a STIC Super X PWK 38 carb. Bout 7yrs using STIC on smaller bores and the power increase is significantly improved from low end to top. For seriously elevated low end and peak HP, swap in a STIC Super X PWK carb. Fuel uptake greatly increased at low rpm signal. No more narrow window of peak power, it starts at the crack and has a broader peak. Race build in a carb, bit better and stock engine. Take a look vortex@sticfuel.us.

For seriously elevated low end and peak HP, swap in a STIC Super X PWK carb. Fuel uptake greatly increased at low rpm signal. No more narrow window of peak power, it starts at the crack and has a broader peak. Race build in a carb, bit better and stock engine. Take a look vortex@sticfuel.us.

The design picks up a lot more fuel at low rpm signal and is in a cooler vapor state. The performance gain will pull harder than a $4k+ race build...
