Webb is reminding me of Villopoto in 2011. Back then RV wasn't the favorite going into the season, because Stewart was the fastest guy coming back from injury, Dungey was the champ and Reed was making his first comeback as a privateer and winning races. But RV kept winning and building confidence, the turning point was Atlanta when Reed and Stewart took each other out for the lead and RV went on to win, RVs confidence soared. Webb is doing that now. Each race he wins, the harder it will be to derail the momentum. His speed is right there...

i posted on an internet forum with wrong punctuation, i get it, but i really dont give a shit im just here to try and clear up that the moto industry needs to pull together socially. as far as pissing my pants, i dont know abput that analogy i got my point across, but the only thing you caught qas the grammar, i have had a few concussions from this sport so maybe thats messed with me? lol can i use that as my excuse

2/10/2019 6:05am When you have guys like Savatgy and Brayton holding off the top riders for over half of the race, the track is one lined. You just don't see that in outdoors and why the top riders can easily pass 5-10th place riders in MX.

What about a time penalty for every missed obstacle? Its impossible to create a general rule that would fairly cover all scenarios. But skipping obstacles should be punished somehow. Just a quick idea. Something like 1 second for every whoop missed, 2 seconds for every jump missed. Give each obstacle a time value. So if you skipped a whoop section with 10 whoops you cop a 10 second penalty. Skip a triple you cop a 6 second penalty. Encourage riders to take a bit more time to re-enter where they left or close to it atleast. Could have exclusions so...

Surely I'm not the only one that watched him tailing Webb, crash back to about 5th or 6th, recover to 2nd, then literally eat up a 10 second deficit in around 7 minutes? Fastest guy on track in the second half by a mile. I was gob smacked at how quick he was catching Webb but it barely got a mention until the last lap.

1/27/2019 12:50pm Seems to be doing good considering he has only just been able to ride all week starting last week. If he can continue to improve and Tomac and Roczen cant start winning, then this could be a great battle the whole season with Webb, Eli, Roczen, and Marv barring injuries.
