The new ECU is very similar to the current TPi unit, I’m sure folks like TSP, Coober, etc will have a solution soon. I’ve read your post on KTMTalk. Maybe have a look at Legends oil. It’s mineral and popular with sled guys and TPi owners. You can run castor in premix form with fuel injectors. Pumping it through an oil pump is the issue.

Let’s see what happens with a little tuning and some bolt ons. I can tell you that a good tune turns a stock TPi bike into a savage.

I ran the fmf setup on my 300xc today at Cahuilla. Factory fatty with the Ti 2.1 shorty. I also added the vented airbox cover. Holly wowser now we are in business. I actually hurt my back riding it lol! I felt the midrange was even stronger and the bike did for sure rev out farther. Perfect for blowing up deep cahuilla berms.

100LL is bad for your health? What are you doing, drinking it? Taking hits off the tailpipe? If you have ethanol free gas easily available, mix 50/50 with Avgas. Otherwise, run straight Avgas so it's ethanol free and you have no carb gunking issues. Ditch the Castor-927 and run a good synthetic oil. K2, Super-M, Motul 800, Motorex Crosspower 2T, take your pick.

For starters, my bike has the FMF fatty with the 2.1 Ti silencer, but other than that, motor is stock and I kept the 14/49 gearing on it as well. You got it backwards. Long silencer for more top end, shorty for more bottom. The long silencer increase exhaust velocity which makes the scavenging better and in turn pulls more clean air/fuel into the cylinder making more power up top. Look at shifter kart setups where top end is all that’s important, all long silencers.
