Don’t we all know someone who’s dad did shady stuff to get them to races?

From a death threat to we're good in 90 seconds lol

I give that flagger props for trying to help. His job isn't to help riders back up, it's to prevent other riders from hitting the downed rider. I can appreciate the humanity in trying to help the downed rider in danger, while also trying to alert the approaching riders. If you want to be upset at a flagger, look at the Cooper Webb crash.

I thought that the flagger did ok. He was panicking but managed to take the weight of the bike off of Chance while still trying to caution the other riders.

Praying for Scrub Daddy!!

That could be the way to go as you are probably much closer to population than I. I'm not sure what would be needed to do that as i never looked into forming a club, others in the thread seem to have good info on those options so i would tap them for more info. I'm 2 hours or more from any major city Vegas, Phoenix etc... most riders i get are WORCS off-road racers from Lake Havasu which is still an hour and a half. I'm too far in out the boonies to try to do a club type...

Shorty’s podium interview was awesome. Other athletes should study it, perfect mix of giving himself credit and giving his competitor even more praise. The world needs more guys like him.

Screw the Olympics.

From 16 seconds down to 10 up in about 3 laps.

Removing hardware after SMX. Might attend MXoN as a team member not a rider. There everyone is happy.

Ironically, all this attempt to “get both sides of the story out there” has done is help people (the fans of the sport) pick a side rather than bring everyone together and remediate the issue. Unfortunately, Glen Helen getting on here to clarify everything after their “tell all” interview is just doing more damage. Trying to change people’s opinions on the internet is an incredibly rookie mistake.

Glen Helen Raceway here to help clarify any lingering questions in case someone has one. Our goal at this point is to get out the full story and truth about our path towards not having an MX National.

any cliff notes to save the rest of us time
