Sixeightone Added a reply to Anderson to Astars (Gear)?

A-Stars will not sell us gear. I ask Every time the A-stars rep stops by. I even offered to be the US distributor for them, he chuckled but I was serious. They do not want their gear here in the us. I'm willing to be that dealer bought the gear right off A-stars website. I mean I HOUND our rep...

Sixeightone Added a reply to Husky recall

This recall is about a year old, and now is resurfacing on social media. If you did not get a letter from husky in the mail your bike is not effected.

How much longer does Roger even stay with it? His prodigy is gone now. Will the team still get the same effort he put in when Dungey was there? Roger and Dungey boosted the entire Motocross game way up. To become a multi-time champ now is nearly impossible. The bar is set so high, all the riders are at the...
The rear brake comes assembled on the bike in the crate. Your local dealer should not have had to touch that. Sorry to hear about your injuries. That really sucks! Usually when you get a new bike, good rule of thumb is to tear it down and re-torque everything, and grease all the bearings which usually come bone dry. You...

There is so much more anticipation for this race, than there was in 2006 when Travis was going to try a double backflip at x-games. I watched x games for 5 straight years thinking he was going to do it. This is a genius way for Ex-pro riders we all love to come out, make a few bucks, and keep...

Sixeightone Added a reply to Window’d KTM engine.

Coming from someone who works at a KTM dealer, KTM will probably cover that. KTM has by far the best customer service of any motorcycle brand. I have seen them warranty the most bazar things. As long as you can prove no negligence from the customer! KTM 450sxf Owners manual says replace piston at 50 hours. (Minor Engine Work) next...

I see 5000 to the right buyer. Clean build. Has a ton of aftermarket goodies. the forks alone are worth a good chunk of change.... I wouldn't give it away if you don't have too!!

Sixeightone Started a new thread X-TRIG Preload Adjuster

9/21/2017 10:21am
I have a 2017 Husky FC450 Just had the x-trig adjuster installed on my shock. Worried that it might not clear the exhaust pipe. I went to the 260mm spring for even more clearance. Was hoping someone would have picture of it installed on a KTM or Husky 450 as the 350 exhaust is a little different! Any input would...

I've been Chris's mechanic for the last 10+ years. That interview does no justice for how much drive and desire Chris has. I can't tell you how many times he's spent his last dollars to pay a gate fee at a track to race and make a couple hundred bucks to drive home. The kid drove across the country to...

- I don't think it's ridiculous at all. I work at a dealer and I see biased opinions effect the image of what motorcycle a customer will purchase all the time. And those are always whackers. He states that he hates "ANY" air fork, so right off the bat he is creating an opinion. His current bike is a 2016...

The only one worth reading is ML's write up. It is by far the most detailed explaining the most minute changes between the models. Brian Davis's review putting husky 6th I had to laugh at, that guy can go pound sand. I hope vital doesn't use him next year, he is an absolute JACKASS. There is no way the Husky...

Sixeightone Added a reply to 2002 CR125 Build *Complete*

I lost all respect for this build when you didn't put a new center case gasket in. That is just absolute stupidity. Also the way you go about repairing things is pretty hack... Motion pro makes a "Gear Jammer" for $15 dollars... You then followed this up by installing a HOT RODS crank..... When you're rebuilding a Honda it is...
