In stock form weak on bottom end compared to my RMZ with FMF 4.1 plus Megabomb.

How does the stock header compare to megabomb?

14-50 gearing, and a slip on silencer. Get a 2 stroke air filter cage also. If you want to get crazy put a DCR cam in it.

Depends of how far you wanna go, gearing would be the cheapest option. Best option would be a GET ECU, that way you can put the power where you want it...

Big Bore.

I am a bit surprised to see this input. More feedback on what you are wanting would help. Does it not pull the gears well or perhaps you want something more abrupt with a hit?

Did you try the different maps, Maybe add a tooth in the rear? Try the Yosh full system.

There is bound to be a map, soft power is usually rich, I'm sure it could be leaned out? Perhaps a shorter silencer? Of course adding teeth in the rear will help you keep it up in the revs. A G2 quick turn throttle (or can you change it on the KTM?). I think KTM designed it for less hit and the trend is going that way.

Adjust the TPS. KTM sets them on the lean side. Buy and adaptor on Amazon and set to suggested setting. Makes a big difference on the 350's.
