I took broke mine at 15. Similar break. Cast from nuts to foot for 12 weeks as well. Lost all leg muscle mass. Nice - I just had the natural gas public utility installed by these folks in my area last year. It's a huge undertaking. Lots and lots of pipe to run. I started the project in my area, and was almost the last hook up. being 1000' off the road didn't help.

I helped Tim Ferry's wife pick out a new desktop computer at the Kenworthy National in like 2000 or 2001. Then when Ferry got back from practice we chatted for bit. It also helped that my friend worked in MX media and we had press passes. and we were at a race... but - it was pretty rad.
