Poor ole Weege had to go straight into apology mode.

Now that I'm retired. This is my small private track just for me. No big jumps or being afraid I might get landed on.

Can’t see much of the track, but this was me winning practice at our backyard track. We lived on 7 acres, and our dad bought the neighboring three not long after we built our house. We dug a pond, and used all that dirt to build the track, and had some hauled in. My brother was a decently fast B rider, and the lap times were probably close to a minute and a half for him. Bruh, we hang out in that heat all day. We're not in motorhomes. Literally there from 7am-5pm. And racing 4 or more motos. These aren't professional athletes with strict hydration regimens. These are kids eating nachos and sour patch kids for lunch. You think the kids on 65s stretching out every single jump aren't maxed out on hr? The pros sit in ac all day, taking a shower. Sitting in ice, getting an iv, then have the mechanic wait on the line with the bIke They're fine.

Dude it’s over a week out, the weather people don’t even know what’s going to happen this afternoon, especially in the Midwest. That said if it’s hot we will see how everyone including Prado handle it.

This is going away too. Insurance demands are moving us farther from the track. I was at Hangtown a few years back when a bike went thru/over the fence at Oak Tree Hill and damn near killed a guy. Now that fence is higher, and there is a 2nd layer farther back. Washougal is now covered in 6-8 foot chainlink and you can't get close or see shit. It's just no fun to deal with the hassle of access on entry/exit (especially at Washougal!) and then not be able to see anything. My couch is the best viewing spot there...
