This was my first motocross race in May of 1976 when I was a senior in high school. We had 40 riders in the 125C class but a few dropped out after practice. My mom took the Kodak Instamatic pictures. I was racing a stock 1975 125 Honda Elsinore against a lot of other 125's that had much more suspension travel, (the beginning of the suspension revolution). I managed to place 16th overall in my in my first race. I don't remember my moto finishes but in my first moto I lost the lower right shock bolt and finished with...

I'd say that could only happen if Webb was a lap down and took him out.. Otherwise couldn't Webb just say he was trying to get his own 7 figures? Considering Deegan made it clear he would knock Webb down to further his chances.. (making his own intentions clear) I'm not a law talking guy but my lawyer mate always says I could be haha

I was never a good jumper but yesterday it was absolutely a no go. Even just standing up while riding felt really uncomfortable. Felt like I was going to fall over the front but if i leaned back it felt like I would get whiskey throttle and loop out. I was never a great or even good rider, didn't have the lack of fear switch. After 25 years off I kept feeling like I should be going faster, I know what it feels like to go faster, but maybe I am just right back to square one. Regardless of whatever...

Congrats to y'all on your return! I'm 63 and ride often just for fun offroad, but still usually still at a pretty good clip riding with my 2 grown sons. I've definitely slowed it down though, because even though i ride a fare share, i'm 63 dammit and the knees are sore! My swollen LCL survived and is being iced. This past weekend I had 2 longtime friends, and one of their buds join a big annual Fall ride. Two of them hadn't been riding in about 2 years due to injury, and one of them is getting back into...

One of the guys I was with yesterday was 64 and ripping on a 96 CR250!

Got the old man back on his ‘05 CRF450 this summer. 64 y/o and still hit the big double on the farm track. Sorry for the crap photo, it was pulled from a video.

24 KTM 350. My friend gave me the options of a 20 KX 450, 24 Husky 250 2T, and a 24 KTM 350. I have never ridden a four stroke but didn't want to jump onto a 450 right away so I went with the 350. It was a challenging day. The track owner ripped and tilled the track but he didn't water it as we were expecting some rain overnight but they didn't get a drop. I grew up riding baked Kansas hard packed. The only time I ever rode anything other than hardpack was on race days and...

comedy after the chaos was fantastic..

The irony of calling someone a goon for hitting you, when you've crashed all by yourself and are lying in the middle of the track! You can't make that shit up 😂

Hunter's "it's my job" comment says it all. I'm sure most others share that sentiment.

And were you taken out by someone who rode to the races with you and someone you routinely practice with that you thought you could trust to not take you out for absolutely no reason? Apples to oranges.

Total gut feeling but I will not be at all surprised if someone other than webb takes Deegan out. You really think RJ or someone like that won't take a shot if they have the chance? There's not another rider on that track that wouldn't rather see almost anyone other than Deegan do well.

No he won't be on a Husky. He's under a Yamaha contract. If Star says he's not riding...he's not riding period.

At a practice track yes. At the SuperduperMotocross race, no.

Gutless move by Deegan, if true!

I was listening to Blair’s Patreon show this morning and the story they said they heard yesterday was that Webb went into the trailer and told Deegan basically what he said in his interview, how was going to make sure he won’t win next weekend, and Deegan jumped up and said something like “well won’t don’t we settle it right now?” So Webb hit him and Deegan’s security guard (not his UFC friend) grabbed Webb and restrained him with his hands/arms behind his back. While he was being held and pulled away, Deegan hit him back while the security guard...

He didn’t really back up his RIP Jett shirt so well this summer.
