A few tips to have utmost confidence in an old bike you want to race: Systematically loosen, remove and brake clean with a wire brush- then retighten all the main chassis points to OEM torque spec (including the shock and linkage). I sure do love my 04! Unexpectedly turned into my favorite bike of all time. Sold my modern bikes after riding this one a few times.

For what it’s worth…my wife is a real estate agent in central FL. She pulled up the MLS on the property and it is NOT in foreclosure..Zillow puts out a lot of bullshit on properties and it is one of the many reasons there is major lawsuits against them..
