Reading comprehension is a problem you obviously have…”The defense successfully established that lacked criminal intent, and a federal jury found him not guilty on all counts.” Not sure why you have to be such a dick.
Just take the L and move on guy
You still made a wild assumption 😂, AND you're proud you did it before you had facts?

Wow! That is an amazing house.
I remember James had multiple television shows flaunting his wealth and showing off his homes (one of which was the home posted) and his practice facility. These things are done on purpose to build the personal brand and bring in sponsorship and advertising dollars.
If he was private and just focused on racing then I agree its none of oyr business. But if you’re purposefully building out your brand (e.g. the Deegans) and trying to get people to talk about you, then your personal life and finances are fair game for public discourse.
James made bank in the era of some big contracts..... The next crop of stars RV, RD didn't make what Chad , RC, and James made pre 08-09 crash. I hope his "money" people took care of him.
Maybe it is time to write a book (Biography) and sell the movie rights from that book.
For what it’s worth…my wife is a real estate agent in central FL. She pulled up the MLS on the property and it is NOT in foreclosure..Zillow puts out a lot of bullshit on properties and it is one of the many reasons there is major lawsuits against them..
How much do you think a book and/or movie rights would bring in for a legend in a niche sport? I’m not saying it’s not a good idea; I just wonder what the real world, value prospect would be.
I remember hearing that Tom Cruise was interested in putting something in theaters based on James’ story back when he was peaking in SX/MX.
I wonder if James has any presence on the guest-speaker circuit for highly accomplished athletes. He has an amazing story in an amazing sport.
Another Tech company that puts out inaccurate information. That shouldn’t surprise anyone. So much info out there is bs these days.
Not accurate. If anyone is interested in the facts, you can find the case by doing a records search at the Orange County Clerk of Courts website.
Reading where I said “Im proud”
Can’t find it.
Thanks my guy
"I would think James bought it for them back in the day when he was rolling in dough."
He may have bought the house for them, but I'm pretty sure I read somewhere that Fox bought the land for him when he was still an amateur.
I could be wrong, but I’d always thought it was RedBull that bought the property and the house was already there.
I'm almost positive it was Fox. He wasn't sponsored by Red Bull until later in his career.
Yeah, I’m not positive who bought it for him, but he was still kinda sponsored by RedBull when that picture was taken. RedBull stuck with him, during the Monster Kawasaki days. That whole deal was odd…

You guys really think he doesn't have enough money to pay for that house😆 He could probably buy 3 of those houses in cash tomorrow.
Regardless of the situation, you can't always trust information on Zillow. Another thing- it isn't unheard of to purposefully let a property get foreclosed on.
There are many possibilities here, but I doubt the reason for sale is lack of finances.
Pit Row
Put the pipe down. I don’t really see everyone over here cheering on the downfall of JS7. I think people are more so curious as to how he ended up in this situation. Little speckles of info in here as to how he may have.
I’m curious, what exactly makes you think James currently has the resources to “buy 3 of those houses in cash tomorrow”?
I’m not saying that “I” don’t think he does, I’m asking why “you” think James, specifically, does?
Yes, all of the possibilities you listed make sense in a general sense, but we are discussing a particular individual. Being financially savvy is not a run-of-the-mill thing that most people possess. Especially when the earnings, in my opinion, come from anything but the result of how you understand assets, liabilities, investments, insurance, liquidity, etc.
All that said, I have no idea what is going on and I hope James is good.
When dealing with real estate the only "facts" come from documents filed in the official public records or posted at the courthouse. I looked into the property records and Wilmington Savings Fund never issued a loan on this property, nor was there ever a Lis Pendens recorded against this property. There may be a foreclosure in progress but I couldn't find any evidence of it in the title chain or ancillary searches. I don't know his circumstances but I wouldn't speculate or make assumptions just based on that Zillow listing. I hope he's doing well.
If you would just go to the Orange County clerk of court website, you'd realize you just posted a paragraph full of bullshit
I feel like I'm in the right spot but admittedly I didn't do an exhaustive search. I'm happy to delete any false or misleading info.

I was going to drag you for the condescending tone and provide a screenshot of the court records, but you managed to find them on your own. I purposely didn't include them because they were pretty much irrelevant.
Are you satisfied by the "facts" now?
So nothing I posted regarding the Zillow listing was "bullshit" but to my original point the lawsuit and judgment add facts, thanks for the link. In Texas we have non-judicial foreclosure so the lis pendens and other foreclosure related instruments are filed in the county records not with a court.
Drag me for a condescending tone? lol
Only fair game for gossip girls. Anyone with any type of decency or integrity would leave James’ personal matters, private, out of respect for the Stewart’s.
James is retired now, has a family, and none of us know what’s really going on or why.
Nobody would even know that was James' house if he hadn't made a TV show about it. And he did that because he wanted people talking about him and his possessions.
If I were James I'd just come out and say "yeah, I lost my baller house. Sometimes shit happens."
Then maybe the TMZ mob can move on to something else.
And maybe the baggage of this house being gone can be like a reset button for him. I'm sure he has fought to hang on to it for what seems like too long.
I'll look forward to hearing his insight from the perspective of one the best to ever race a dirt bike.
