Too funny. I've felt like this watching Chase multiple races this year. Not that his riding style is anything like Dunge. Just him riding behind a guy he's clearly faster for laps. It isn’t a far stretch for him to be correct. Chase admitted to still searching and learning the bike. My guess is he is right about Sexton being faster on the Honda thus far.

Wasn’t Webb the fastest qualifier? And didn’t he win the race? I’d say yeah, Webb is as fast as Chase.

Everts had perfect form on his Yinaldi factory 450 very similar to Jett, yet RC could turn up to his back yard, on a 250 2 stroke, get shite starts in the deep wet sand, and still catch, pass & drop him, riding the bike like he stole it looking nothing like Jett. Go figure

A lot of these "instructors" today seem hyperfocused (to a fault imo) on body positioning and riding style. I would be kind of pissed if I went to a school and all I got was "just mimic what Jett and Chase are doing". Yeah, no shit. Not only that, but not everyone has the right body type to ride the Jett/Chase way. My T-Rex arms wouldn't allow me to reach the bars if I tried to ride as far back as those guys. I suppose. I don't think it's that the Factories don't have the balls....I think it's that they see a career best finish of 6th place and a bunch of drama that makes him hard to work with. At least that's my assumption, there's gotta be a reason he's been dropped/left several teams in the past. All that said, looking at the dudes who are potentially available for that ride for outdoors, he'd probably be a good pick. But does he want to leave HBI for a deal that's just for the Summer? Seems pretty well known that the Kawi seat...

Would love for Ty Masterpool to get a shot at it, especially after his rides last year.
