Have you checked into crossfit type workouts? You need high cardio intensive works out with some weight training to improve muscles but mostly the strength and conditioning that Crossfit provides is a great stating point for moto.

As I am getting a little older, I am starting to appreciate everything vintage and nostalgic with moto. My roots run deep, and I am thinking about tackling a vintage project. Pictured below, me and my dad out for a ride around the track. I was 2 years old. This photo was taken fall of 1989. My dad has never...

The original Monster-Feld deal in 2012 was worth an estimated $3.5 to $4 million and is good through 2016. Tell me what that money has done for our sport??? Really think about it....how many positives have came from that deal as Monster the title sponsor? Very little!!! All of the money is going into Feld's pocket. They are selling advertisement...

It's evident that you don't understand if Husky steps in any way at all they become even more liable for the performance and the longevity of the bike. They aren't just going to throw a package at him and send him off. Husky would have to do it right and develop a good motor package that is reliable and doesn't...

I wish more people shared your logic for getting their kids started. Find an old bike, restore it to like knew, and still be competitive in the PW class with new ones. So much smarter than buying a new bike that will be outgrown in ~2 years. I think this mentality also teaches your kids that is OK to ride...

We have custom molded ear plugs at work. I could easily buy a second pair to take riding. The way they are designed and molded directly to your ear they would be perfect for sliding a helmet on and off. Would highly recommend anyone who can to check into it.

Sucks to see this. Average folks can't afford a $2K rebuild on a moments notice. These types of things are what is forcing people out of the sport. My advice is to bite the bullet and repair the motor. Buy parts over time to help reduce the pain. You are unlucky in the fact that most engine failures are not...

guys, come on... Just because he ran around to a few races in a van doesn't mean he was roughing it. He had a competitive bike with good parts and tech support and I believe he probably has a little money in the bank to be self supportive like he did to prove a point. If anything, his "privateer" support...

Can anyone answer ???? If the insurance company of Barnes is the driving force behind the claims filed, don't they still need consent from Barnes to proceed in order to make claims on his behalf to seek compensation from the financial damages? If Barnes said "hell no you aren't suing Washougal MX" can the insurance company still bring a case...

A local club I know went through this almost exact same thing many years ago. In the end, they were not successful and the club was not sued. Also in that circumstance, the insurance company of the plaintiff was the real entity pushing for the lawsuit to recover some crazy medical costs that the plaintiff had endured due to the...
