He definitely did us proud this weekend. Fought his heart out. Not bad at all for just getting back into the outdoor stuff. Some really tough competition out there this weekend , but he never gave up , and that's what counts.

Watching him take that holeshot and then riding like an absolute beast the first 15 minutes made me so happy man. Then the battles with Tim and Jett made this race all time for me as a Tomac fan.

We all know the story but what a story it is. What a Legend Tomac!!! Dude has been injured, not rode MX in years , not to mention he is not a spring chicken anymore and the man just gets the job done wiith no preparation.As long as Tomac races he is my favorite, and usually I just wanna see a good race.

I just had a chance to re-watch the last round again and I don't think anyone had really mentioned Eli (IMO) practically saving Hunter's life at the start of the second race. In the first rhythm section you see that Hunter misses the triple after the double and immediately looks back realizing he could be in trouble. Eli is already committed to the triple behind Hunter and what I initially thought was a huge mistake that Eli was lucky to get away with, it turns out it was a massive course correction so he didn't land on Hunter. Having James in the booth is so great. Yes he uses words and phrases incorrectly at times, but he doesnt let it get in his head and just rolls with it. Not to mention the dude is funny. What a treat getting to hear about big James's signals to Malcolm from James calling him a chicken flapping his wings. Then the Lt. Dan reference. Had me laughing out loud. Great to have him back!

4/30/2024 4:17pm Just drive the dozer a couple passes sideways from one end of the gate to the other between races. Cover the first 20 feet or so, wouldn't take long, now everyone has a flat runway after leaving the metal grate.

Fact is, if Friese wasn't racing Barcia so fast to the corner, Barcia never would have hit Jett. I think some, if not most of the blame goes to Friese.

there was a lot of tomac is done threads and comments about he'll never win again blah...blah..blah. he deserves better. so many were so quick to jump on him when the guy has been a class act every moto of his career. He doesn't ride dirty and he puts in mega effort every season. he has gifted us with many beast modes over the years. Last nite he was in it to win it and he was there to capitalize just like sexton was last season. sick of shit posts quick to shit on these guys when they are down...

Look at how RV did. No, he wasn't all in, but still, the competition is no joke. Add the fact that Tomac has 3 kids, I can't see him moving his family to Europe to pursue that championship, way too much hassle.

Well, if you take out Jett, Tomac would have won with 3 seconds over Sexton after passing him and 26 seconds over Webb, turning a 1.29 while everybody (outside of CS and DF) was doing 1.31-1.32 at best, WHILE on a bike that was smoking a lot. That is a very good performance if you ask me. Jett was just good enough to minimize Eli's performance by passing him and put a gap.

Screw up that corner at the beginning of the race… DAMN it we finally see beast mode Tomac but it was wasted on coming through the pack instead of giving us what we care about- Jett vs Eli. God damn it. He was unbelievable. Couple more laps and he would have went right by Webb. To come from the back of the pack to right on the leaders ass was insane. You know when Jett and Coop and everyone watches that back they’ll be shaking their heads at that speed. Let’s just hope he brings it at Daytona.
