First “meh” race of the season. Wasn’t a fan of the track design. Jett rides like that for majority of the season, it’s going to be a long season for the rest. Chase rode smart and gets the points lead back. I thought Kenny was going to make a run for a second. He was flying at the start. Anderson did damage control getting a 5th. Tomac is probably the biggest shock of the night. That was odd.

Watched in delay mode, got cut off at the end and had to wait for the replay.

Boring night of racing.   No good battles.   Crappy track,  250 main disaster.    Best races were the LCQs.

Been a while since we saw Elito Mac show up.    What a bummer, wonder what happened.

No I had the same thought when they panned out after the LCQs

Let's send it down to Will....CRINGE F*CKING CITY.

Tonight was the worst ever.   They had her outgassing more than normal.      Before Weege or RC ever got done saying "lets send it down....."     Instant mute....but it was way more than normal.   She fuckin ruins the show.      Bad night all-around.  (and no, not because of who won).

Not even 3 minutes into 450 main, could not get to the mute button fast enough.

He’s very critical of his technique in a race. Probably mad he messed up that rhythm half way through.

Ah so it was a man-child temper tantrum as he won the main event?? Yeah I highly doubt that.

Just want to make a special shoutout to my fiancé Will. She texted me saying it was really cold in Detroit and she forgot to wear an extra pair of socks. Even in those tough conditions she powered through and I am so proud. She’s so forgetful sometimes but I obviously still love her <3 ☺️

Who was Deegan flipping off when he got going again?  Hammaker caused it but I doubt Haden could have known that.

Not the greatest question, but Sports Illustrated is a legitimate news source.

Sports Illustrated is a dumpster fire and I am not sure I would call them a legitimate news source anymore.  Did someone make sure the reporter wasn't an AI bot?

so Jett is at 2 for 5 in the 450s so far?  that's a 40% win rate, if he keeps that up that will be about 7 wins this year, and if he races for 10 more years in the 450 class, 17 races per season x 10 x 40% win rate = 68 wins.

There are so many variables, this is not even close to accurate.   In a perfect world, yes.  However, you have to factor in outdoors, unexpected injuries etc.   There are a lot of what if’s, and nobody knows the future.  I am not a “What if” kind of guy.  The cards fall the way they do.  I 100% hope everyone stays healthy, but in this sport it really isn’t that simple,  I just want good clean racing.  I want everyone injury free.  Been there done that and am living through injuries I sustained from racing in the 80’s.

agree, and to be fair, I think he'll do better than the current stats suggest.  He will in fact likely be the winningest of all time by the time he is done.  he's a generational talent.  flame away vital!! LOL

Wow you really put up an indefensible argument there….

Deegs : David goggins once rode a bike across the sahara desert with 2 flat tyres in 120 degree heat. That's what I thought about when I seen I had bent bars and took inspiration from that to make it to the finish line.

Do you think a new rule should be added for the Red flag.

If more than 33% of the field is on the ground in the first corner, it should be restarted.

You're thoughts?

Congrats to Austin, but I think we missed out on a possible great race.

I see visions of the Danny Chandler racing on.

No. It's the luck of the sport.

But how many times have you herd story's of riders saying to stay down in pileups.

Didn't they change the rule? If you cause the red flag you cannot be in the restart?

So technically all those riders that didn't clear the wreck quickly would be out.

He’s done it before. Watch some post race finish line reactions of him. He shakes his head or smacks his own helmet when he makes mistakes sometimes. He holds his own riding technique to a very high standard.
