9/2/2022 6:18pm 1971 I am 10 years old watching the AHL Cleveland Barons play. Defensemen Wayne Muloin gives the (then new) hip check taking out his opponent. Wayne goes on to play in the NHL with the Oakland/California Golden Seals, Minnesota North Stars The WHA Cleveland Crusaders and then the Edmonton Oilers. not a bad career. Jump forward 51 years, I'm 61 and just started playing hockey again (last played in 1978). I practice M/W/F with a nice bunch of senior players for two hours doing various drills and power skating. I'm the "new guy" and the youngest of the group...go figure...

7/3/2022 1:07pm So exactly which voter was defrauded by the “cockroach” who was trying to help disabled citizens vote? I’ll rent the podium for you and you can expose for the world which vote the “cockroach” in this case changed, intimidated, discouraged, threw away, or altered etc, show me the fraud. The state needs to get the counties in order to educate...

7/2/2022 12:00pm This whole thread is a mess. This movie is pure fiction. Made by a political Carnie. But do Democrats try to drive the vote by empowering folks who otherwise wouldn’t??? Sure, they absolutely push the line. I am sure sometimes they cross it. But at the same time to Republicans try to repress voting by redistricting, Gerrymandering, and closing polling location….. absolutely. If any of you really think just “one side” is the problem, you are only furthering the real problem. And more importantly, Trump lost, bigly, and by the rules. PS, If I wasn’t a few martinis in, I...

7/1/2022 4:19pm You seem to think this agent “mule” planned the fraud of the century by helping a few disabled citizens get their ballots delivered. The state fact sheet and county have an apparent disparity. You have no idea if the votes were R or D. These are actual voters. The designated agent returned more than the allowance of ballots that are...

7/1/2022 3:20pm Partisan because you're trying to say that what you've called the opposition party I. E. The Republican Party are blameless in all this. You say that there's a perception that people are cheating and robbing others of their votes. Wonder why that is? Could it be that the ex-president of the United States is claiming falsely that the election he lost was stolen from him and has been doing so for a year and a half despite the fact that there is absolutely zero proof of this. Trying to stop the counting of electoral votes in order to thwart the...

7/1/2022 6:19am Shenanigans, skullduggery, robbing people of their votes? Voter suppression, gerrymandering anyone? That's already going on. Come on dude tell me you're not that naive. Just partisan I guess.

7/1/2022 6:13am I understand potential, and agree. This is why all cases of voting that have issues must be given due consideration. There are many ways people can make errors cause spoilt ballots etc in addition to attempts of fraud. Elections officials have a difficult job and now are facing threats and intimidation from some groups and individuals based on mis and...

6/30/2022 7:11pm Neigh it was a donkey. Changing the subject? Hold up isn't this whole 23 page 675 post thread all about Donald Trump's big lie and the 2000 donkeys? You're so busy nibbling around the edges still trying to justify the baseless claims of this pseudo documentary you forgot what it was all about. That figures, you can't Dazzle them with brilliance or facts baffle them with bullshit. It's getting harder and harder these days, what with the January 6th committee and all, to defend the big lie. In fact at this point it's been pretty much debunked. Not by CNN...

6/30/2022 7:08pm you claim "having paperwork to justify your actions is preplanning, for what?" Yes, the disabled Voters Themselves fill out the designated agent form top half, and the Agent fills out the bottom of the form. To VOTE. Like everyone else all over the country. Should we label every properly filled out form as an event of "Nefarious Preplanning" Fraud? Montgomery...

6/30/2022 1:05pm That is completely absurd. It is not up to me to prove "there's no fraudulent activity". Thats a logical fallacy. " Prove to me there is no huge Rep/Dem conspiracy, prove to me there is no loch ness dragon dumping R votes in the river" etc etc......its a non starter. You are the one making the claim of fraud. Back...

6/30/2022 12:20pm You keep throwing stuff against a wall trying to make it stick? Your responses, - it was someone inside the investigation who intentionally didn't want to find anything, she was investigated and wasn't found to be a mule, but she's a mule anyway, maybe she only delivered D ballots, they could have thrown away R ballots, etc If you need more...

6/30/2022 11:55am I pointed out that the election officials said she did nothing wrong (using their interpretation). Does it conflict with the state guidelines? It appears so. That is why I said that if they feel that she committed a criminal act, they should prosecute her. My guess is by the obvious fact that she identified herself with her information on the forms, she probably thought that what she was doing was fine, even if she was wrong about it. Now if she hadn't attached the forms to it with her identity, you may have a case for calling her a 'mule'...

6/30/2022 8:29am Certianly rules are implemented to ensure fair play. That point is not missed. This is exactly the reason why, when someone is found to have submitted a ballot/ballots not in keeping with the elections rules of a state/county etc, the individual cases are investigated to determine if there was any fraud involved. There are elections officials who will identify all...

6/29/2022 5:47pm You completely missed the point. You are stuck on “was the method of delivery of the ballot legal” If the method didn’t comply with the letter of the law or if it didn’t comply with the intent of the law, this does not automatically in any universe make the ballot automatically void. It does however warrant further investigation into the...

6/29/2022 12:35pm What election officials want to know about when ballots are delivered improperly/illegally etc, is did this action have any intentions to defraud the election and are the ballot/ballots themselves accurate representation of the voting intentions of a qualified voter. In this case the proper forms for all the ballots were included and submitted and retained by elections officers for the...

6/29/2022 10:56am You understand ballots (of any party) that are not delivered per a states voting requirements by law are not automatically invalid "throw away" ballots, that they are then further scrutinized, and determinations are made concerning the events on a case by case basis right? Ballots that are deposited illegally can still be legal ballots. Pennsylvania requires registered voters to submit...
