I did 3rd degree AC separation. Doc just told me to take it easy for 4 weeks, but I had a race the next weekend! Ice and advil all the way! Seriously though, swimming was the best workout for getting my strength and range of motion back.

I don't know how members with thousands of posts to not know there's other forums here. Many things that belong in the offroad, waiting room, bazzar, etc tend to end up in the normal moto section. It shouldnt be up the the mods, but rather the members to post in the correct place.

Great race report. It is impossible to come out of baja without a bunch of stories. I was hoping kawi would win it. But 3 minutes at the finish shows you guys definitely had the stuff. If only... Hardrock is definately sketch! (2 ambulance rides and a lifeflight for me) But its still my favorite track! Pretty much any track in Fl will do. Have fun on your trip.

I went to my first nascar race yesterday at PIR. I gained alot of respect for the sport. Some people can go around a circle faster than others. I'm not sure what sets them apart, but skill has to be a part of it.
