Any more info on the trailer? Any moto stickers on the back?
I was really proud for Brian, he has a great attitude.
We found Brian's bike and trailer!!!!! The Tulsa Police called Brian on Tuesday and he's on his way back to California with his bike, trailer and gear! He says that the police were called by some crackhead's wife who was mad at her husband. I guess this guy has had a few to many run-ins with the law and was just out of jail when he stole the trailer. They found Brian's 2009 KXF250 without the plastics, but still in great shape. He says that a few parts on the bike where slightly rusted, most likely from being left out in the rain for a little bit. He says that the bike still has alot of power, so the guy must not have ridden it much or at all. He has all of his new TLD gear back too. The trailer is in good shape as well. Some of the running lights are broken and I guess the guy put a HUGE Copenhagen sticker on it. haha. Brian is just greatful to have his bike back with all of the gear and the trailer. I wanted to say thanks to you guys that helped us out previously and update on the good news!!
I just immediately assumed my 09 CRF450 was gone and no telling how much other stuff (I have around 40 + vintage bikes in my shop.) I was immediately sick to my stoumach. Much to my surprise when I got to my shop nothing was missing! I can't for the life of me figure out why anyone would go to the trouble of breaking into my shop then not take anything!
Pit Row
this shit happens to often for sure.
i wish we could just shoot the fuckers when they are caught.
I would be curious what theft prevention things you had in place. Also I usually will park in very lit place of the parking lot or try to wedge the trailer in a place it would make it difficult to break in.
Some recommendations:
Side doors, add a lockable drop bar from inside so even if someone prys the lock and door handle off, still be locked from inside. And the back door, try to back up to a wall or light pole preventing the back door from being able to open and have your trailer chained up good.
Really glad he got the majority of his stuff back.

Rogers County Deputies say this 4 wheeler was stolen from Bass Pro Shop.NewsOn6.com
ROGERS COUNTY -- Investigative work by the Rogers County Sheriff's Office has resulted in an arrest and the recovery of a large quantity of stolen property.
The investigation started with a tip that led deputies to the 31000 block of South 4170 Road in Rogers County, near Inola.
They arrested John Reed, 38-years-old.
Deputies searched Reed's property and located several large stolen items including a 4-wheeler, a single-axle chemical spray rig, a horse trailer, a flat bed trailer and two cargo box trailers.
"Lowest form of life that I know of is somebody that will steal. Liars and thieves I just got no tolerance for at all," said Tony Mullenger, Insurance Agent.
Record checks of the property revealed that many of the items had been reported stolen.
Sheriff's deputies say the cargo box trailer had been stolen from a man who had stopped and spent the night at an east Tulsa hotel and awoke to discover his trailer had been stolen.
The welder had been reported stolen from the Inola area.
The horse trailer and spray rig had both been stolen in Claremore. And the 4-wheeler had been reported stolen from the Bass Pro Shop in Broken Arrow.
Deputies say the investigation also lead them to a location in Sallisaw, where in conjunction with the investigators from the Sequoyah County Sheriff's Office, deputies were able to locate and recover more property.
The list included a 40-foot flatbed trailer, a Bobcat welding machine and an engine, transmission and drive-train parts from a truck recovered in Rogers County.
John Reed was booked into the Rogers County jail on several complaints including, knowingly concealing stolen property, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled and dangerous drug and possession of ammunition.
"We certainly want to have room in our jail for thieving thugs that will take stuff from people like this," said Scott Walton, Rogers County Sheriff.
Deputies say Reed is a convicted felon.
"There is some satisfaction in catching the criminal, truly there is," Mullenger said.
Rogers County investigators are working with other law enforcement agencies to see how widespread this case is. They anticipate more arrests.
