Aviation Electrician in the Navy. Hung up the boots, sold all my bikes and truck when I joined. Life is different to say the least. Still creepin the forum everyday and can't wait for San Diego sx.
Small world. I'm stuck in Pensacola for A school myself. Sounds like he's graduated and just waiting to fly out? Hope his barracks haven't been on lockdown like mine has the last few days. Can't even leave the barracks for chow without a liberty buddy.

Looking to make my first trip to Washougal now that I'm only 30+- min away. I'll have the wife and toddlers in tow. Is the place at least somewhat family friendly? The off road stroller is prepped and ready to roll. Will I get shit for bringing a small cooler with some kid appropriate snacks/drinks? Don't think the 2 year...

We normally bail before the last moto is over to try and dodge traffic. Hope that works here too, traffic and kids is never fun. A local shop told me I could get tickets at the track but i think the line will be a bit much for the rest of the crew. Hopefully I can still get them off...

Same. Nothing on my mind but moto, the adrenaline, and often a sense of accomplishment.

I would think the longer it sits and the longer its worn, the more compressed the liner will get. Thus giving less room for compression when you take a dirt nap. Nothing stays the same over time. How long can you expect the foam liner to retain its shape and thickness? I have no science or proof to back me...

5 years regardless of damage or not according to nearly every manufacturer ive dealt with while working at shops. I wouldn't expect it to last even that long, not putting my head in anything that has touched the ground or been shelved over 2 years. What's your head worth?

If he intended to make a come back this year Southwick may have been the best place to do it. REM? Maybe he's planning a comeback for 2014...

No kicking here, I'd like to see him winning more than anyone else on the line. Just pointing out the virus bit sounded like it was bs. Above post sounds like it may be a partial reason for his struggling. He does something to benefit his family in preparation for the "worst case scenario" and the state tries to fuck...

I'd like to see Reed back to his old self. Purely out of curiosity, what kind of mystery virus keeps a guy from training for SO long? Don't say EBV because that shit was the excuse for everyone a decade ago and there's no reason for him not to come out with that if that was the case.

Someone who I've seen post here does this to his bikes, recently on an rm250. Can't remember his user name. Believe it's Timmerman from Mika metals. Hopefully he sees this and chimes in.

True bike porn here. HOF. Can I get a link on what it takes to build one of these CRs with late model plastics? Not interested in a 500af, more into a 250 conversion.

Not everyone thinks the kid is an angel. Nothing wrong or untruthful about it. No reason to bring up past events to bash anyone though. Hope he gets a ride and keeps it as much as the next guy. Too little is known from both sides of this story.
