Riding is one of the few things that frees my mind from everything else. When I'm on the bike, I'm not thinking about anything stressful (work, bills, etc.).

That is EXACTLY the reason I do it EMA884mx. That first response of mine was a (bad) joke.

I guess the adrenaline is probably related to my addiciton but for me, it is like a meditative-state of mind. VERY therapeutic.
